Hotels in center in Qyzylorda

I was surprised about the modernity of Kizilorda, and of the Sultan Plaza Hotel. Speedy check-in, friendly service, good restaurant. The room amenities, in particular the bed mattresses leave room for improvement.

I suppose this is the best that Kyzylorda can offer and it looks quite impressive on the surface but stay and you will quickly realise that this hotel is very dated and things only half work

They washed it reasonably but it was very expensive and should have been completed to top notch standard. My hotel was pre-paid but when I checked in they could not find the booking

Travelling through from Almaty to Bozoi. The bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on and as a global traveller there is some stiff competition. Gym ok and spa water was cold

Unfortunately left my shorts and T-Shirt hanging in the bathroom when I checked out. My colleague rang within 24 hours and the missing items were strangely nowhere to be seen

No laundry bags or list and so I called reception and someone came to collect it. She spoke no English and had nothing to put the clothes in and I had to supply my own bag

He has many good friends in China who are very hospitable and kind to him, so he was also very welcoming and helpful to us. The hotel itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and with ample heating and hot water

Upon arrival, we found the entire place very unique and met the enthusiastic owner. He told us that the whole hotel had been renovated, and all the building materials were from China

There was also a dedicated parking area in the backyard, which was very convenient. If you have the opportunity to visit Kyzylorda, I highly recommend staying at this hotel

After entering Kazakhstan from Aktobe, we arrived in Kyzylorda. When choosing a hotel, we picked one with a very grand-sounding name: the Kyzylorda Hotel

In the junior suites, the handles are coming off the furniture doors, the toilet paper in the bathroom is of the lowest quality, the bathtub doesn't have a mechanism for filling with water, the front door rattles in the draft, the TV has maybe five channels, and the bed linens are covered in long women's hair, even though they were freshly washed

Arriving at the Mirage Hotel made me happy! I liked everything very much, helpful staff, good service. Separately, I would like to praise the staff of the "Grill" restaurant for delicious breakfasts and excellent cuisine

Otherwise, the room was fine: the bed was comfortable, there was a refrigerator, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was very nice; we checked out early in the morning, and they made us breakfast to go

The room is warm and clean. There are plenty of channels, including Russian ones. The staff is polite. The breakfast is good. The omelette is delicious.

It smelled like sewage outside, and in the room too, but it went away when we used the shower. The pillows were lumpy, and the shower pressure was weak

A quiet place, excellent staff, and unobtrusive service. Breakfasts are good, and the pastries delicious. I especially loved the view from the balcony onto the courtyard: a small oriental-style waterfall

The room has everything you need. Breakfast is nothing fantastic, tasty, satisfying. The location is convenient, everything is close. Located in the private sector among one-story buildings

I stayed at the Hotel Grand for just one night, in early June 2023. The staff was very friendly; we hadn't booked, but they had two rooms available

The embankment is nearby, and there are good spots on the banks of the Syr Darya for impromptu fishing

Near the river, 10 minutes from the hotel, you need to walk

I liked the hotel, but a little expensive. numbers start from 8 thousand, but it is better to take for 12. There is an internal parking.

Clean and comfortable hostel with helpful and friendly staff. Includes a kitchen and room for eating with full facilities, like a home. The value is good, not an expensive price. No complaints!
