Good location, Lux rooms are not bad. So so Breakfast.

Really kind and helpful hotel staff went out of there way to help me when I had an issue with my bike. I would recommend this hotel.

The room price is exorbitant. A superior room costs 4,500 soms without a closet, no refrigerator, and NO BREAKFAST.
During our three-night stay, the room wasn't cleaned once, nor were the towels changed...
The room itself is very small and uncomfortable. It has a double bed and no other space, so you can lie down however you want.
The room and the hallways smell disgusting, as if they've been sprayed with Kirolin.
It's a shame to waste money on such service, but for lack of anything else, I'm forced to.
The standard rooms are TERRIBLE!!! MOLD on the walls, a disgusting damp smell. The shower stalls are SLIME and moldy...
The beds creak, the mattress springs stick out. There's no heating. The service is completely ABSOLUTELY NONE.
You can hear your neighbors sitting in their bathrooms through the walls )))) It's as if there's no wall and you're right next to them )))) You need to take toilet paper with you ))))

An expensive suite, but not everything was thought out. There are no shampoo or toothbrushes in the bathroom, but there are two body lotions. We couldn't turn on the TV. The furniture is nice, made of wood. There's air conditioning.
