Racist owners thiks n word is okay to use freely on whoever also hates kids saw owner shout at kids multiple times. understaffed rooms dirty cant find staff when needed , outdated bed was barely holding constat wind through windows just a no!

From the reviews I see that it was a nice hotel some time ago.All pleasant people left deserted administration in early 2021 :( There are remaining only very inadequate, intolerant individuals a.k.a. "The Businesswoman" and her spouse who demonstrate aggressive and despicable behavior. When communicating with them - forget about any kind of customer centricity, empathy from them or understanding. They are going to use such marketing tricks as "premises are in high demand", trying to push hard on time, they will try to sell equipment that is not there (they sold us a microwave for oven) and while on day one it is fine it lasts until you sign the contract (READ IT WELL!). Equipment of common use is often broken and stays so for months before it gets fixed. They get a lot of complaints which makes them even more furious about those of yours and therefore they would try to demonstrate all I have mentioned above. They are just bullies who are scared to death of equal confrontation. They have more weaknesses - they know nothing about law and not even about their own contracts. There is a lawyer somewhere who is just as neglected as their customers and probably would be exchanged a number of times before there is one standing there for them. Same case with their accountant, tenants of the restaurant premises who departed in early 2021 after they felt robbed of their dignity. So do not be afraid to defend every inch of your rights if you find yourselves caught in their abuse of your dignity before reading this.
