Seven men and women had taken my breakfast from my table !!! When I am eating a front of my eyes are up of my head and put theirs hands in my dishes and close with my hands the plates don't take !!!

Service was amazing, staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless, views, amenities and location were lovely, so ideal and Id highly recommend staying here. i will be coming back mysel

The hotel room was quite old, and the heating wasn't sufficient in winter. The bathroom only had a tub, with no anti-slip mat provided

Bear in mind that the hotel practices green cleaning, so you do not get new sheets or towels unless you request them. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience

The Employee training is needed. At the time of check-in, the staff extended the late check-out (2PM) as Marriot membership benefit. But the next day, another employee called at 12 PM and asked to check out right away

The staff's service attitude is also excellent; they are consistently warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, this place is a highly recommended choice

We even walked to the Christmas tree celebration, which was especially lovely during the festive season. The breakfasts deserve special praise: fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious, with clear attention to detail

All ok,except for a lousy mattress. don't they turn them over?? Left side has really been slepped in,middle and right side hardly= pronounced dip like someone really heavy. The stool in the room is a foot hazard

It's my first time to stay at Courtyard Marriott and I have to say that it was memorable. The receptionist "Greta" checked me in early. Kudos to her!! The service was efficient, check in/out was fast

When I wanted to order another one, some sports team arrived for what seemed like an afternoon snack, and the waiter spent over thirty minutes taking their drink orders, completely ignoring the fact that I was sitting there with an empty glass

Even as he walked past me, he didn’t so much as glance my way. I was simply invisible, although I was sitting right at a table next to the bar. In my suitcase, a scented sachet tore open and dried herbs spilled out

When I unpacked my clothes, some fell onto the carpet. In three days, the room was never vacuumed once – the herbs were still scattered on the carpet. Thankfully, I’m not allergic, so a bit of dust won’t kill me

Perfect accessibility from the airport, walking distance to all places in the city center – but that’s about where the hotel’s positives end. I would only add the spacious rooms and good beds

The weak point is the staff – at the reception, during breakfast, at the bar, and even housekeeping. Almost no one greets you; you walk past the reception and they don’t even nod

For the first time in my life, I experienced a situation in a hotel where you cannot simply go to breakfast — you have to wait at the door for about 30 minutes because, according to the staff, there are too many hotel guests

Recommendation: If you manage to get a spot, either pay the €10 per day only, since you don't know if you'll be able to get another spot if you drive, or alternatively: Once you've found a parking space, download the Bolt app and use it for parking

Neutral - The bathroom facilities could use some updating. Less good - The parking situation directly at the hotel is problematic. Reservations are not possible, even though a parking space costs €10 per day/night

So, if you want to explore Vilnius by car, you'll either have to spend a considerable amount of time searching for a parking spot, or you'll have to park in the parking garage of the nearby shopping center (cost unknown)

For the price it's fine, for those who want a hotel in the new area of the city. If there is a problem you can ask at the reception and they will help immediately.

The spa and pool are great including a jacuzzi, dry and wet sauna and treatments. The breakfast is very good and the service is above and beyond expectations, every request is fulfilled in the best possible way

The breakfast was not as good as the rest of the hotel or the service there either . It was very poor and staff not interested or engaged in customer service .

Breakfast was also nice, but the staff serving breakfast wasn't really great - we had to ask twice for our coffee and heard the second waiter complaining about it to his colleague, but we still received our coffee way after we had already finished our breakfast

Breakfast delicious , I loved the cheese pancakes The spa was small but perfect to relax in the evening , I loved that the water was so warmmm ❤️ For sure if I will come back to Vilnius , I will stay at the same hotel

The hotel is located in Old Town along a nice street with restaurants and shops. However, it remained very quiet. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is spacious

Stayed here in January and it was a nice stay! Rooms are clean, it was kinda warm and the hotel has lots of shops nearby. It took us 15 min to Walt to the old town, which was good too

Nice hotel with friendly staff. It is a bit for the city center but for the money it’s decent. I am guessing it was recently renovated but some things still need some work buy overall a good hotel

Generally not bad, I really appreciate including a lunch dish in the options, choice was quite wide for such a small place but one thing I can't really get over was the very low quality of meats (sousages and deli meats) - not sure if I've tried worse ones :/ The rest of the food was really good so that's just one element you can simply avoid if you're aware of it

One lost star is for the leaking toilet (by the stains on the tiles it looks like it leaks for years so it really should be fixed sooner) and the breakfasts - not sure if breakfast menu ever changes but there were the same things available on both mornings we where staying there

I wasn't knocking and explained to her that the key card was not working and I wasn't knocking but threatened to call the reception if I did that (read: try to enter my and my roommates room but with no success) again

Requires renovation- several items were broken and ceilings had cracks. We were both injured (knee one person and back the other one) and had to carry our luggage on 2nd floor

In total I definitely recommend this place for a short stay with family or friends - if you're not a perfectionist this place will probably satisfy your expectations

If I ever visit Vilnius again by car then I'll definitely come back here :)

The place has many facilities but the rooftop bar was really nice and intimate

I want to emphasize that the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, a level of detail that is not commonly found in other hotels. The room was bright and inviting, and there were no flaws whatsoever

The low star rating is concerning amenities. The gym and pool specifically. They share a very small space and offer no privacy between working out or choosing to lounge near the pool and hot tub

It's in the heart of the old city, with a great location. The rooms are divided into an old building and a new building, and you have to walk through the second-floor corridor to the elevator in the new building

The hotel could put two folding chairs there, perhaps, but we enjoyed standing there occasionally and viewing the main plaza of Vilnius. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious. Very quiet, when the windows are closed

We used the spa only late, but there is so much to do! Parking is 50 Euro per night and 40 Euro in the center of the city. If you want to avoid that, you‘d need to walk 10 minutes or so, so we ended up using the hotel

Excellent Service was above and beyond. Specially for breakfast. Beds were excellente, spa area lovely as well. Great hotel. Would definitely return in the future

We spent 3nights at the Imperial and it was a superb hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for one of the 2 rooms which was super helpful and they had the other ready efficiently

I love Vilnius, and I love Imperial Hotel & Restaurant! For my own personal needs, there was so much walkability I didn't even spend much money, except for the moon drum @ Art Forest Cafe and Good Coffee in Uzupis

Theblift wasn't working during our stay but the reception staff helped with bags and also stored our pushchair for us as we were travelling with a baby

Our 4th stay, we are just amazed by Stikliai, the staff are so professional, approachable and helpful and the rooms are wonderful. We really enjoy the sauna and pool. There is a calmness about the place

Conveniently located for airport access with a bus stop right next to the hotel. The breakfast was good. However, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom of the room, and the towels were worn out.

The room on the 1st floor smelled of sewage when I turned on the water in the shower (I turned on the water, closed the bathroom door and waited a few minutes, otherwise you can breathe in hydrogen sulfide)

We’ve got the biggest room with balcony. The room is very beautiful and well equipped. Everything went smoothly perfect. The hotel located in the perfect spot nearby gate of dawn and also the market.

The choice for breakfast is sufficient, the coffee is delicious, everything is clean, tidy, the room has a kettle, tea bags, instant coffee and cream; there is a refrigerator, air conditioning

The tap water is really tasty, you can drink it raw. Near the train station and the bus stop from the airport

Me and my family always staying at this hotel while we have flights, we always been satisfied with service and food. Definitely we will return again

A really nice, clean, and cozy hotel. It comes with a great breakfast as well. No complaints over here!

Overall location is great, the only negatives are that due to the age of the hotel rooms are not as clean as one can expect (but not too dirty either), food was decent (swedish breakfast) but I’d say that not all people will enjoy it

Hotel staff are great, friendly and speak many languages. 5th floor has no lift access which meant I had to carry my suitcase up a flight of stairs - not what I wanted at 2am after a long day of travelling

We didn’t feel neglected but it is a bit of an adjustment if you aren’t prepared for no one on site. Our heater kept turning off even when the switch on but. the bathroom had a heated floor and plenty of hot water

The location is PERFECT for Winter. It’s just far enough away from one of the 2 wonderful Christmas Markets (the one at the town hall with ice skating) they had loud music but we didn’t hear a thing

The hotel does not have its own reception, so we went to the reception of nearby Narutis hotel (300 m). The receptionist was super nice and gave us all the information

Simple, no-frills hotel with very reasonable prices. That being said, you also get what you pay for. The buildings are old and clearly due for a refresh

Great Hotel, nice view. Supermarket on the other side of the hotel lets you grab anything you need. The bedroom was a little dusty, but fine. Food is good. There is a sauna and a pool.

It was a nice stay. The hotel is close to the old town, railway and bus stations. The room itself was clean and quiet. We didn’t have breakfast there, but brought some pizza from a nice restaurant. I highly recommend it.
