Seven men and women had taken my breakfast from my table !!! When I am eating a front of my eyes are up of my head and put theirs hands in my dishes and close with my hands the plates don't take !!!

Service was amazing, staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless, views, amenities and location were lovely, so ideal and Id highly recommend staying here. i will be coming back mysel

Could easily walk to most places from the hotel but there was bus stop stop nearby that made it great and easy to get around. Staff were really friendly and helpful, very professional, high quality breakfast service

All ok,except for a lousy mattress. don't they turn them over?? Left side has really been slepped in,middle and right side hardly= pronounced dip like someone really heavy. The stool in the room is a foot hazard

It's my first time to stay at Courtyard Marriott and I have to say that it was memorable. The receptionist "Greta" checked me in early. Kudos to her!! The service was efficient, check in/out was fast

The room was nice and cosy but not that big. Inside there was a bed, two lamps, a table with a chair, and a fully equipped bathroom (including hairdryer, shampoo, towels, toilet paper and two glasses)

The receptionist said the cold tap water is drinkable, tested, approved. The location is really nice: the hotel is near train and bus stations, which makes it comfortable to get to even at night

Good place to stay in Vilnius… Near to the Old Town and Train/Bus station… The breakfast is amazing… Love the biscuits… Fresh fruits… The staff Were friendly and nice… Good Job !!

A lot of public transport opportunities available. McDonald's right next to the building :) The staff was nice and spoke multiple languages

The only disadvantage was the lonely silverfish found early in the morning in the bathroom. Overall the stay was great, we enjoyed it!

The rooms are clean and in my case silent. The breakfast is describable as Standard but I don't need more. One of best ideas, not new for sure but I like, to save the cost for cleaning room and towels every day

The only small drawback is that the walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear what the neighboring guests are doing. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would gladly return

Hilton is undoubtedly the quality guarantee symbol, and it’s utterly the wise choice to stay in its brand in Vilnius to visit this garden city (surely amazing!!!) My personal recommendation would be “Museum of Occupations and Freedom Fights” where it’s just 3 minutes walk from the hotel, definitely an inspirational journey!!!

From every perspective, the hotel's location, interior decoration, and facilities and equipment are all up to the standard of a five-star hotel. We will choose to stay here again next time.

Cozy and Affordable Hotel Near the City Center A comfortable budget hotel located not far from the city center. The rooms are small but cozy, equipped with a mini fridge and facilities to make coffee or tea

Hotel is close enough walking distance to the city center. It has an elevator which is convenient to use for carrying luggage and a pc to use for browsing. Tv has good channels to use and rooms are decent size

It is a quiet neighborhood so it was perfect for me. There is a nice local craft beer shop across the street which I really enjoyed. The staff in the hotel is really nice, helpful and respectful

Very good hotel. Clean, interesting design, good breakfast, very good recepcionists, free car parking zone (not big place but if you arive early you can get the place).

Perfect accessibility from the airport, walking distance to all places in the city center – but that’s about where the hotel’s positives end. I would only add the spacious rooms and good beds

When I wanted to order another one, some sports team arrived for what seemed like an afternoon snack, and the waiter spent over thirty minutes taking their drink orders, completely ignoring the fact that I was sitting there with an empty glass

Even as he walked past me, he didn’t so much as glance my way. I was simply invisible, although I was sitting right at a table next to the bar. In my suitcase, a scented sachet tore open and dried herbs spilled out

When I unpacked my clothes, some fell onto the carpet. In three days, the room was never vacuumed once – the herbs were still scattered on the carpet. Thankfully, I’m not allergic, so a bit of dust won’t kill me

We stayed for 3 nights, in the last night of our stay, a cleaning staff decided 6:30AM is a good time to turn on the vaccum in the hallway which along with bad soundproofing woke us up

The weak point is the staff – at the reception, during breakfast, at the bar, and even housekeeping. Almost no one greets you; you walk past the reception and they don’t even nod

For the first time in my life, I experienced a situation in a hotel where you cannot simply go to breakfast — you have to wait at the door for about 30 minutes because, according to the staff, there are too many hotel guests

The bad things: Rooms are decent but somewhat "lived in". The sport facilities are worse. Internet is rather slow and some hackers seem to be in the network. Had multiple account reclamation incidents during my stay

The hotel is located in Lithuania, where the official language is Lithuanian, so this situation feels quite disrespectful to guests. There was also confusion about the parking price

Recommendation: If you manage to get a spot, either pay the €10 per day only, since you don't know if you'll be able to get another spot if you drive, or alternatively: Once you've found a parking space, download the Bolt app and use it for parking

Neutral - The bathroom facilities could use some updating. Less good - The parking situation directly at the hotel is problematic. Reservations are not possible, even though a parking space costs €10 per day/night

A good hotel in the center of Vilnius. Not the first time I stay. Breakfasts are good. Also paintings are everywhere on the walls, as if you are in a museum.

A very nice hotel for a very great value. I stayed here two nights with my brother, and the interior decor and noise insulation level is certainly on the better side as far as Lithuanian hotels go

The breakfast was tasty and served in a lovely room with friendly staff who were also very efficient. We had an issue on the last day that a payment had been taken from the cards held to the room in error

Only brought my Hulu password and no Hulu. Hint - YouTube for free videos. I don't sit watching TV anyway, but I do like to watch a little local programing to see their TV culture. 5 seconds to turn the dial to 23C

We spent 3nights at the Imperial and it was a superb hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for one of the 2 rooms which was super helpful and they had the other ready efficiently

I love Vilnius, and I love Imperial Hotel & Restaurant! For my own personal needs, there was so much walkability I didn't even spend much money, except for the moon drum @ Art Forest Cafe and Good Coffee in Uzupis

Theblift wasn't working during our stay but the reception staff helped with bags and also stored our pushchair for us as we were travelling with a baby

We also enjoyed a couple of beers from the minibar at very reasonable prices, made even better by the pleasant balcony atmosphere. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Congress Hotel

I had a very positive experience with a large group booking for a work event. The hotel is really great, very conveniently located and with an excellent breakfast buffet

I stayed in a superior double, which was large and over looked the back of the hotel so was really quiet! However the rooms are very old fashioned decor, and whilst the bathroom was big it had a cheap shower cubicle and an inspiring shower head

Reception staff was very nice and friendly although she seemed to lost her voice. Rooms were pretty basic, beds were not comfortable enough. Felt more like a 3 star than 4 stars though.

Breakfast was also nice, but the staff serving breakfast wasn't really great - we had to ask twice for our coffee and heard the second waiter complaining about it to his colleague, but we still received our coffee way after we had already finished our breakfast

The spa and pool are great including a jacuzzi, dry and wet sauna and treatments. The breakfast is very good and the service is above and beyond expectations, every request is fulfilled in the best possible way

The hotel is located in Old Town along a nice street with restaurants and shops. However, it remained very quiet. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is spacious

A bit strange hotel in the very centre of Vilnius. Rooms are ok, location very good but the overall feeling is nothing compared to other 4* hotels

Next to it is the famous Hill of Crosses, where you can feel the sacredness and shock anytime and anywhere. For me who loves to check in at scenic spots, it couldn’t be more friendly

Congress Avenue Hotel turned out to be an excellent base for exploring Vilnius. It’s right on Gedimino Avenue, so everything from cafés to museums is just a short walk away

Cozy and clean modest hotel in the heart of old Vilnus. Very friendly and welcoming stuff, hearty breakfast with a good variety of fresh food. Overall, it is well worth the cost and highly recommendable.

Walking distance from Vilnius train station in a residential neighbourhood. While there were some public works ongoing during my stay, I imagine it would be quiet normally. Good restaurants are walking distance away

ok hotel, but the beds were horribly uncomfortable and the shower water was brown. Wouldn't recommend unless it's absolutely necessary to stay there. Giant Maxima nearby though.
