Alila Kothaifaru Maldives Hotel in Raa Atoll

The bed was indeed very comfortable. We both had a restful stay on this beautiful island. The service staff were friendly and helpful. The spa is not to be missed as the therapists' deep massages were well worth the time spent.

Had a wonderful stay at Alila Maldives. For our last dinner, we choose to eat at the Yakitori restaurant here. The food was great! Thank you especially to the Yakitori team, Alex, Chanaka, and Bhelly, for their wonderful service. It was such an unique experience. I love the special drink they made for memories in Maldives

It was absolutely amazing experience and all staff that we met were so perfect. It impressed us a lot! We even decided to extend our trip. Villas on the beach and on the water were both are amazing. You should definitely try both of them. Really appreciate the staff

Very good, good service, and good food

The hotel has very good food options and all are very well made. The staffs are very attentive and friendly, always coming to chat with us and giving advice on activities and history of Maldives. I’m The hotel offers good variety of water sports so that we won’t get bored. The sand is fine on the beach and the water quality is very suitable for snorkelling. We can easily find lots of fish by swimming a hundred meters from the shore. We tried SPAs, table tennis, snooker, gym facilities. We joined scuba diving, fishing and they were all very well organised.

The only shortfall is the pest problem. Lots of mosquitoes caused serious problems at the beginning. The staff should have warned guests seriously about this so that we can get prepared (closing doors and apply repellant) otherwise you will get really bad bites by various bugs. We stayed at beach villa and every night it’s like a battle of all kinds of bugs - gigantic cockroaches, snails, worms, caterpillars, flies, lizards, spiders, red ants and sand bugs. I even found one flying ant in bed one night. This really ******* me during the entire trip.

It was my first trip to Maldives & i picked Alila, love both the room interior and exterior. Food was surprisingly good 😍 Me and my bf enjoyed alot here!

The waves in the water house are a bit big, but it is still beautiful on sunny days, there are many fish, the butler service is still very good, the service attitude in the Japanese restaurant is very good, the food is fresh, the breakfast in the main restaurant is very good, there are many kinds of a la carte, the beach is very fine, I like the big swing the most, the children have a lot of fun

There are too many bugs in the sand house. If you are afraid of bugs, you should choose a water house.

Because it is a new island, the room facilities are very new and very good👍
