Clean appartment with plenty of parking and a nice view of the shore. The kitchen was well equipped even though we didn't quite need to use it. The only downside was the steep road to the apartment and the clogged shower. Pretty sure it was noticed before our arrival; it'd be impossible to clean the bathroom without noticing the problem.

The location is 6.5 km from Kotor city center, but the view is incredible. There are markets, restaurants, and beaches nearby. It's a quiet, peaceful place to relax. The host is very kind and hospitable. I would choose this place again if I come back.

Panoramic views and first class host We stayed in an apartment with truly panoramic view over the bay of Kotor. Excellent place, very clean with the best view of the Adriatic Sea your money can buy in Montenegro. The owners are very friendly. The location is close to a 5 star beach and a supermarket, also there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Loved the apartment. Taxis had a hard time finding it just off the main road, but otherwise it was perfect for us. Walkable to town -20 minute walk- and close to water- less than 5 minute walk. Peekaboo view of water and in a complex with loads of families so full of life with kids playing in evenings. Space was great with patio, room darkening blinds, great furniture, washing machine.

We had a great stay at this wonderful hotel. Breakfast food is well prepared and thought off. Rooms are clean and spacious, they use well branded shampoo, conditioners and body wash in the bathroom. The staff are amazingly attentive, polite, respectful and helpful. Being in the center of Old Town Kotor, it allows you access to everything you need during your stay.

Pros: wonderful location, good breakfast Cons: stayed in two different rooms, both of which didn't have a working air conditioner - in 35 degree weather. Hotel couldn't even offer a fan. It was unbearable.

Nice location but place has strong pros and cons The decor of the room is a bit gawdy. One can keep hearing many sounds and noise including the time bell which can be disturbing. Food was just ok. Tres lychee dessert was good. But service of staff was very good. Good thing is it’s in the old city and easy to go around. Nice view from the room balcony So take your pic accordingly
