Family-run B&B with stunning lake views. The owners were so friendly, super accommodating, and even served us breakfast at a super early hour. The accommodation is fairly basic but it does the job at this price point. It's a little tricky to find, but otherwise no complaints.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were friendly, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The on-site restaurant was excellent, and the overall experience felt luxurious. highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay again!

The hotel is located in the small town of Zablik next to the Tomizar National Forest Park. The view is outside the window, and the room is small and cozy. I especially recommend the hotel for dinner. The beef is very good. We ordered another serving after eating it.

The location is good, not far from the entrance of the national park. The hotel restaurant is a famous local celebrity. You need to make a reservation in advance to get a seat for dinner. The taste is good.

The hotel is very close to the lake, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the entrance. The hotel has welcome juice and wine, which is very considerate. The facilities are better, but the overall experience is good.

One of the points of our trip to Montenegro was the town of Zabljak with the wonderful Black Lake nature reserve. For the night, we chose the Soa hotel and this is the best choice in this place. Great place. Spacious room with fireplace. Beautiful view. Good location not far from Black Lake. Not bad breakfast. Nothing supernatural but you won't go hungry. One minus is untrained staff. The fireplace started to smoke and smoke went into the room. The guy who came from reception didn't know how to fix it.

I visited this hotel as a tour leader with a group of 25 persons, in April 2025. It is a beautiful mountain hotel but need better management. Be careful the hotel has no elevator. So, if you have mobilities issues reconsider and if you have a room in the upper floors and a heavy luggage you need assistance. I consider myself a world traveller, someone who likes nice places,including hotels. I loved this hotel. The staff was amazing, and this is what made the entire experience extra special. The food is the best!!! Location is in the city centre. Hotel rooms clean and tidy. Loved this place so much and highly recommend it!

Amazing! I had the worst day with all sorts of things going wrong until I got to this place already a bit late at night. And then the staff was so unbelievably warm, kind, approachable and accommodating, they all made me feel right at home and made me forget about all the hard day I had.
