Family-run B&B with stunning lake views. The owners were so friendly, super accommodating, and even served us breakfast at a super early hour. The accommodation is fairly basic but it does the job at this price point

The hotel is located in the small town of Zablik next to the Tomizar National Forest Park. The view is outside the window, and the room is small and cozy. I especially recommend the hotel for dinner

On the negative side, the house is quite worn down, it does not have aircon (which we had not been informed about) and we needed a car, given that yhe house is too far out of the city to walk to the city center, super market, or the hotel

The hotel is very close to the lake, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the entrance. The hotel has welcome juice and wine, which is very considerate. The facilities are better, but the overall experience is good.

Goran, the house owner, is very knowledgeable and experienced mountain guide, who can arrange any kind of activity - hiking, rafting, horse riding, many more, even freshly baked bread&cheese pie&eggs delivery from local household for breakfast every morning

We had two kids and 70years old parents with us, and there was something to enjoy for all of us! Every wish was taken care of. We absolutely recommend this house as a place for holiday you'll never forget

The nature around it's why you want to visit this place! The path to the national park starts near the hotel and there is a bike rental nearby as well

A great stay in Zablijak We arrived at a wooden spacious house with 3 bedrooms. Everything was clean and ready for a comfortable stay, including all the necessary kitchen appliances, games for kids, books and video films

We enjoyed our stay very much! Unlike other places basic household items and kitchen items are available. Sat TV and WiFi internet made relaxing in the evening very easy. Bathroom has a nice shower with hot water

The view when making coffee in the morning is beautiful as it gets. Parking is right in front of the house. Hands down on of not the best lodge I have ever stayed in. Can only recommend staying there!

So, if you have mobilities issues reconsider and if you have a room in the upper floors and a heavy luggage you need assistance. We had a problem with the heating system and the hot water in the morning

When we arrived, rooms were very well heated but, in the morning, travelers couldn't take a shower as the water was cold. At the reception they didn't gave us any excuse for this mismanagement

I visited this hotel as a tour leader with a group of 25 persons, in April 2025. It is a beautiful mountain hotel but need better management. Be careful the hotel has no elevator

We were surprised that at this price we got a very spacious house for only two people. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. Easy access through the city center, convenient parking

The issue that is clear to everyone who stayed there is the bathroom - one for all the guests and the owner, which means queues in the morning, even up to one hour of waiting. Tip: you better eat breakfast somewhere else

OK for the price Terrible breakfast in a smelly kitchen Double bed is just two simple mattress put on a double frame with simple sheets on it. It leaves a hole in the middle Good enough for a night or two.
