In the past I had been at summit hotel on several occasions & was more than satisfied with services etc. However, it was bit disappointing when I sat at the restaurant terrace for more than 20 mins. I then had to inform reception to send a staff for order. À staff came and took my order but nothing came. After next 25 mins or so my foreigners friend staying at hotel joined. We again placed order then finally got what we wanted. Though the staff could behave bit cordial. Hope services improve in future.

Excellent hotel, great staff, well kept rooms and beautiful grounds. We stayed here while conducting some work & meetings in Kathmandu and enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and very helpful in attending to our needs as well as helping us get around the city. If you're considering staying at this hotel - do it!

This place is really amazing. Had no idea that it has large space inside and can have diff rooms options. The whole area is surrounded with the trees and garden. If anyone is planning to stay at Lalitpur, should try this hotel.

Very nice city hotel. Very big and lots of space to sit and relax or have a business meeting. There are also conference rooms.
Decent restaurant. Nice food. Attentive staff.
Great decor and there is also swimming pool and gym. Basically everything you need and service as you would like.
I loved housekeeping team in their traditional outfits. They were very polite and caring.
Reception helpful as well.
There was a wedding going on when we were there and it was beautifully decorated. But also worth fo notice that because the hotel is big the wedding didn't interfere with guests at all.
