The conditions can't be judged by domestic standards; overall, it's quite good.

The room was clean and the service was quite good.

The environment was clean and hygienic, and the coffee was good.

The hygiene was normal, which disappointed with a 5 five star hotel, the towel were not clean. The services was great but just it gonna take for a while with the room service. F&B were great with the buffet breakfast and outdoor restaurant.

The environment is excellent and the location is good, but the service is very average. No one came to clean the room on the second day of our three-night stay. We had to urge the front desk to come. In the middle of the night, they delivered something to the wrong room and kept knocking on our door, which seriously affected our sleep.

nice heritage kinda hotel, big room and clean. It's a bit far away from the center, but very close to the budda stupa which is amazing. Hyatt has a standard, and this one doesn't really disappoint. It's a solid hotel to stay for 1-3 days when in kathmandu.

Radisson is a top notch hotel with a good location near the tourist district and close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast is expansive with everything from fruit to meats and cheeses, but it is a bit expensive to include it in your room plan. The room is very comfortable with a nice bed and linens. Not particularly close to Monkey Mountain, you'll still need a taxi. It's a new hotel, but more of a business type. I had to call for slippers and then waited about an hour for them when checking in late at night.

Nice and worthy to stay but location us a bit complex

The staff tried their best, but after we asked for tea, they were asked to do something else by someone else and forgot our request. The front desk staff also provided minimal information, not explaining how to get to the room or the breakfast system, so they weren't particularly friendly. With so many guests, it felt like they were focused on processing numbers rather than providing individual care...

The facilities are modern and fully equipped, hygiene is top-notch, the environment is elegant and comfortable, and the service is excellent.

A comfortable stay with attentive staff during breakfast and a well designed hotel, though more breakfast options would be appreciated.

The hotel is an older five-star property with dated bathrooms that need updated showerheads. Breakfast was good, and overall it was just okay. However, I didn’t like their “visiting hours” policy they required guests to inform the front desk if friends wanted to drop by and stay for a short while, which I found unnecessary.

I really love this hotel ! What sets this hotel apart from other 5-star establishments is the sense that it is not primarily run as a commercial enterprise, but that the focus is on providing excellent service. My every need was anticipated and met before I even had to ask. In this world so focused on profit, it feels like a real gem to me. And yes, I would love to come back.

Nice hotel, clean and good location

I had a great stay at hotel himalaya.

There were 4 huge cockroaches in my room. I killed 2, the other 2 were running around. I did not know how many more cockroaches were hiding in the room. I called reception to request for a change of room. Staff came quite promptly and assisted with change of room, which thankfully was much cleaner and without cockroaches. Definitely not a good first impression for a first-timer staying in the hotel...

Vivanta Kathmandu has been an exceptional week stay. The room was clean, and the breakfast was special.

For some reason, I got a smaller room this time. Breakfast is South Indian cuisine. Staff are still very helpful and attentive.

Check in is fast by the staffs, the room is clean, and the necessary amenities are provided. Swimming pool is at level 10, with views around.

It can't be compared with the same level of four-star hotels in China, and the price is also expensive. Nepal is short of supplies and has a high cost of living. The facilities of this hotel are complete. Except that the rooms are relatively small, everything is acceptable. It is suitable for short-term business trips.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gokarna Forest Resort. Excellent service, beautiful location within nature, very clean, well-maintained, spacious and comfortable rooms, tasteful decor, delicious food and drink. We have been back many times and will continue to visit this place!

Nice and spacious room in a quiet and peaceful environment. Location was about 10 mins drive from the Buddha stupa and 20 mins from the airport. Staffs were very polite and helpful, always greet us in a smiling face. Will definitely go back again.

I stayed for two days and was a little reluctant to leave. I felt like I hadn't taken enough photos. Coming to this historic city, I felt that experiencing the culture and local customs was very important. I changed rooms midway through my stay.
