Radisson is a top notch hotel with a good location near the tourist district and close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast is expansive with everything from fruit to meats and cheeses, but it is a bit expensive to include it in your room plan. The room is very comfortable with a nice bed and linens. The environment is excellent and the location is good, but the service is very average. No one came to clean the room on the second day of our three-night stay. We had to urge the front desk to come. In the middle of the night, they delivered something to the wrong room and kept knocking on our door, which seriously affected our sleep.

nice heritage kinda hotel, big room and clean. It's a bit far away from the center, but very close to the budda stupa which is amazing. Hyatt has a standard, and this one doesn't really disappoint. It's a solid hotel to stay for 1-3 days when in kathmandu.

Super place....while one expects Marriott experience at its properties, this one stood out. Great welcome by Prabin, warm greetings always by door woman which is genuine and heartfelt. The icing on cake was the top floor lounge. Not particularly close to Monkey Mountain, you'll still need a taxi. It's a new hotel, but more of a business type. I had to call for slippers and then waited about an hour for them when checking in late at night.

The staff tried their best, but after we asked for tea, they were asked to do something else by someone else and forgot our request. The front desk staff also provided minimal information, not explaining how to get to the room or the breakfast system, so they weren't particularly friendly. With so many guests, it felt like they were focused on processing numbers rather than providing individual care...

The hotel is an older five-star property with dated bathrooms that need updated showerheads. Breakfast was good, and overall it was just okay. However, I didn’t like their “visiting hours” policy they required guests to inform the front desk if friends wanted to drop by and stay for a short while, which I found unnecessary.

I really love this hotel ! What sets this hotel apart from other 5-star establishments is the sense that it is not primarily run as a commercial enterprise, but that the focus is on providing excellent service. My every need was anticipated and met before I even had to ask. In this world so focused on profit, it feels like a real gem to me. And yes, I would love to come back.

I had a great stay at hotel himalaya.

There were 4 huge cockroaches in my room. I killed 2, the other 2 were running around. I did not know how many more cockroaches were hiding in the room. I called reception to request for a change of room. Staff came quite promptly and assisted with change of room, which thankfully was much cleaner and without cockroaches. Definitely not a good first impression for a first-timer staying in the hotel...

Nice and spacious room in a quiet and peaceful environment. Location was about 10 mins drive from the Buddha stupa and 20 mins from the airport. Staffs were very polite and helpful, always greet us in a smiling face. Will definitely go back again.

Excellent service, liked the palatial experience. Well maintained. However, breakfast was a let down. Limited options and food was cold or undercooked. Spa is a good option. The masseuse was very good, however would have preferred the spa area to have light music / offer hot tea to better the experience. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would love to be back.
