I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Club de Novo! Such a beautiful hotel, restaurant and property! The restaurant had a large variety of delicious food. The grounds were attractive. The rooms were clean with hot water. There was even a new coffee shop in the front called Buna Teta which we enjoyed! I would definitely stay here again

This hotel is one of the best in town, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The ambiance was great, the food was delicious, the staff was helpful, and it was a great place to stay. If you’re ever in town, this is the place to be!

The Room & Services were as you expected from these kind of hotels. But Food wasn't good at all & certainly it wasn't worth the price. I hoped they focus on food & restaurant too in future.

I stayed here as a solo traveller. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. They delivered the food I bought at a nearby restaurant to my room.

We were on our way to Nepalgunj by 4 wheeler, we arrived by late evening to butwal. All of sudden we decided to take rest at Dacys international hotel. I have no word for Darcy's its just wow.. keep up the good work

Today, 7 september 2025 ,we stayed at hotel Diamond with my school colleagues nearly 200 people, teachers' tour. The facility - fooding and lodging are very good.

Overall good experience, wheather be it's behaviour, service, employees, etc... Good at the genuine cost Deserves 5 star rating ....
