We tried to cancel the room because of the cockroaches but they still charged us for that room. Overall, The worst experience i have ever felt. And i highly recommend not to stay there.
But Food wasn't good at all & certainly it wasn't worth the price.
I hoped they focus on food & restaurant too in future.
They charged us about 800 for 2 people's breakfast, which was an absolute joke. We were given poached and boiled eggs regardless of what we ordered. We had to call the reception 3-4 times to get just some hot water, because the kettle that was supposed to be in the room was not there (surprise, surprise). The food was also served cold and was absolutely not worth the extra we paid for the breakfast.
Also, when I did complain about the tragically bad service at the reception, the receptionist did absolutely nothing except stand there awkwardly and listen to what I had to say.
If I could rate negative stars, I definitely would.
we arrived by late evening to butwal. All of sudden we decided to take rest at Dacys international hotel. I have no word for Darcy's its just wow.. keep up the good work
