The Hotel is nice and just walking distance from Leiden Central. Family friendly with pool and nice staff. and lot of breakfast options. But not many veg or vegan dinner options in buffet. But chef is kind to make veg dinner. Just one thing to mind they won't even let you borrow bottle of Water from kitchen once you check out. You will be asked to buy. Sounds strange but true.

The good: modern looking and large hotel with fairly clean rooms and nice TV options.
The bad: worse internet speed ever. I tried to have them fix it and didn't help. They said it was unusual. Big breakfast but options limited and too mass produced (bucket of pancakes stuck together). The front staff are friendly but robotic and not very helpful. Lastly, best to have a car as not very easy or fast with public transport and luggage.

Excellent family hotel with rooms that feature double double beds (sleeps 4). Child friendly, friendly yet courteous staff. Have stayed here on multiple occasions and it always is a pleasant experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel if you are a family with children. It is not a 5 Star Hotel but is very comfortable, clean and the staff are very friendly & helpful - overall customer service is excellent. Great activities for the children, nice indoor swimming pool & food was good.

Really good family hotel. No frills, not a 5 Star Hotel, but really comfortable beds, great spaces for the kids to play and keep entertained and areas for the adults to relax. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Room was way too hot during the night! The air conditioner was not working properly and it took hours too cool down. We asked for help at the reception, but they didn't same to care. The sheets were ripped apart and there was only one bathrobe for two people.They wrote everything down, promised to call back for a compensation and when I asked about it when checking-out they said they know nothing about it. It's OK that not everything is working the way it should, but it's definitely NOT OK to ignore customer complaints. We are never coming back for sure and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very enjoyable hotel. Also very kid friendly. It has a great atrium, with a playground for the kids. It gives a feeling of living in an apartment complex. I had a very good staying for the weekend.
