This is quite a luxurious hotel and I wish I had more time and prepared better to make use of the welfare facilities (pool, etc.). Rooms were large and luxurious. We did not eat dinner at the hotel but drove to Vlissingen (where most places were closed). Nice area near by - along the canals. Bit too far to walk into town. The breakfast was only OK and I would have expected better for hotel of this...

So far, the best hotel I tried in Middelburg. The rooms are spacious and modern. Facilities are good, and the staff is friendly. Super easy access to the Golf course. Breakfast was OK.

The hotel rooms were of a high standard. The food and service in the restaurant was also of high quality. In addition, we enjoyed good service in the bar and terrace area. We stayed here for two nights, with two other couples, along with our e-bikes so we could spend each day on a different tour. The bike shed in the car park worked very well and we enjoyed some excellent tours in the area.

Excellent modern hotel with huge rooms and equally huge bathroom (walk in shower and tub). Hotel staff is very friendly. We opted to have dinner at the restaurant of the hotel because the hotel is not located in the town centre and from previous dinners at a Van der Valk restaurant we knew it's always high quality. The breakfast buffet was also very nice with a huge selection of all sorts of bread...

Very good and cozy hotel. The staff (owners) are really a nice couple who will make you feel at ease and home. The food is very good and the meat well cooked. Very tasty. For breakfast you have a good selection of things. Really an hotel I would recommend.

A good night's sleep I was in Middelburg for a funeral, so I only stayed one night. The room was perfect for my needs - no complaints!

Actually, my wife and I stayed here in August 2023. This is good hotel, opposite the train station. We had a spacious room with two comfortable chairs. Modern bathroom; however, the (sliding) door is partially transparent, so if one of us visits the bathroom at night, the other wakes up as well. Breakfast was OK. The hotel was expensive (we paid over €200 for one night, including breakfast).

Regular visitors to Middelburg but first time at this hotel. My son and his family live a few minutes walk away that's why we chose this hotel. Situated across a canal from train station made it easy to find. Very friendly welcome. The place was very clean with good facilities. Room fairly spacious with a view of the canal. Bathroom excellent with everything you need in it . A Tv and coffee machine...

The boat hotel was very clean, the breakfast was served at the main hotel, and it had a wide range of choices all very good and tasty.

First of all, I want to thank a manager of the hotel Jamilla, she was very supportive and helped a lot with all my questions. It was almost a last-minute-booking, she replied very quickly. The room was cozy, I could increase a temperature a bit to get warm and in the morning I had a nice breakfast. Great quality, location and price!

The hotel decor is really nice and modern. The staff, Gamilla and pearl were so nice, helpful, approachable and friendly . Nothing was too much trouble.

The love to detail in the interior, a spaceous room that was not only spotless and absolutely clean came with such a great view, made my stay just as enjoyable as possible. A really nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms are clean and the owners are kind and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. With fresh crossings, breat and buns. Will stay here again.

It is a small, nice hotel but the room was very, very small - I mean you can hardly get by the bed, the acces scale is very steep, even dangerous- it is not recommended for old people. There is a great terrace, wonderful even but breakfast is at 8.30!! ..so we had to skip it at times..it has a great location, very close to the sea and center and, I almost forgot, you had free tea and coffee all around...

Feels just like home. Every room is uniquely designed, very well preserved and renovated rooms in a 300 years old building filled with characters. Breakfast is good and warmly prepared. Chinese, Thai and Korean cuisine just downstairs. Very convenient.

In general, everything is good and I would recommend the hotel.

Nice weekend in this region. Zeeland was kind to us. Sun, sea, sand and good seafood. Long evening on the porch of the Belgium pilot society. Stay at Penthouse Zilt. We had a great stay in a spacious room. Clean, close to Vissingen city center. Long evening enjoying the big sea vessels and the pilots next to us discussing their end of the workweek.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. It is a perfect walk to the beach. Gorgeous and clean stretch of coastline, constantly dotted with colorful kitesurfing enthusiasts. The breakfast was included and C-19 compliant. Staff were very friendly and professional. Our family room / suite accommodated 5 very comfortably with the addition of an extra bed. Sauna was closed due to COVID-19, but the bathing facilities...

Such a lovely place In a great position close to the beach. Very friendly stuff, clean rooms and good + care taking service - especially now during Corona. We have had the Deluxe Suite for a little weekend getaway. With its sun shower and Jacuzzi in the room it is truly a deluxe offering! 5/5 stars - will recommend it!

This hotel is great.. so close from an enourmous, gigantic, beautiful beach! The beds were so comfortable, the room is big (comfort room). We spent a marvellous 6 nights vacation there. The area, Walcheren region, offers kilometers of biking and walking. It is so wild and lovely! We would love to go back to the hotel again as it is a perfect departure point to visit all around. I strongly recommend...

Wow.... fantastic staff and service Many business chain hotels should study the service at Strandhotel Duinoord... every one of their staff was exemplary!! They did not try to pamper us or anything, just listened and addressed our small issues, for example: 1) restaurant had closed and we needed olive oil to eat with some bread in room... no problem 2) went to breakfast early as we had to leave...

Simply a beautiful hotel! We had a room with a sea view/dune view, the sea can be seen directly behind the dunes. Great breakfast, a nice family business and direct parking. Super clean, rooms are big and spacious. There is a safe included in the price and also a large bathroom with a tub. We have definitely found our hotel for Domburg!

Great and clean hotel right by the sea. The service and the staff are great and super friendly. Breakfast is brought to the room during the Corona period, so you can have breakfast on the balcony or in bed. You can choose the breakfast yourself - you get a list to tick. Tasted great! The parking lot is free - bicycles can be stored there in wooden cabinets that can be locked. We would like to come...

Super great hotel! Very clean and extremely friendly staff. The rooms are very modern and have a beautiful view of the sea from the 1st floor if you book with a sea view. The highlight is the great breakfast room, from which you can also see the sea and dunes. The food was delicious and the staff was really nice. Beach is right in front of you. I can only say: top, top, top!!!

Perfectly located between the beach and the restaurant street. Very friendly staff. Don't book the breakfast but go to one of the restaurants. (Pop was our favourite breakfast place) The beds are very hard. WiFi is good. The rooms are dated and have suffered a lot of abuse. Only the outside facade of this hotel looks tidy. Leaky taps, cracked toilet pot, missing tiles etc. And the interior looks like...

Well, the breakfast and waitress in the morning was real good and friendly... Sadly that's it. Service tried hard and was okay so far. Room was dirty and the toilet even after the cleaning crew came a second time. Second complain at the reception and the receptionist came by herself but even still the toilet seat had a blood or some other type of stain on it. Sad but I can't recommend it and I don...

We had a great stay at Hotel Ter Duyn. The location is excellent, the room was comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was nice as well!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We had a downstairs room with a small courtyard at the back. It was wonderfully quiet and the room was very nice and large. The breakfast was also very tasty!

Great hotel with few rooms and breakfast is brought to the door of the room. Our room had a kitchenette, a small living room and a separate sleeping area. Nice bathroom included. A small balcony was also included. We liked it a lot. The beach is only 10 meters from the hotel and it only takes 2 minutes to get to the city center. The hotel is very clean 👍
