My room was very dated with worn carpet and only Luke warm hot water.
Whilst clean I thought the price was expensive.
Laundry was only partially functioning

Property is poorly maintained with pool closed and room lights not working etc

The room was clean, and it was nice having our own little "house". The shower was in the spa bathtub, so there was no curtain. We didn't have a specific parking spot, but there was enough around so that wasn't an issue. The staff was great!

The room was tired and dirty. Very underequipped for a 2 bedroom apartment. Fridge was leaking. Some lights did not work. The filters in the air conditioner unit were filthy. The stove cooktop was dirty. There was no milk in the room or offered at check-in. The swimming pool was very dirty.

Lovely managers, very quiet motel. Clean and lots of room for family of 4 in a one bedroom.

Lights in room didn’t work. Cup put in cupboard dirty. Hod to & ask for fresh towels also asked if rooms where served every day told they must missed or room where booked for 4 days left after 3

Bed bugs found in my room, laid on the bed for 20 minutes and saw one crawling around next to me. I moved out and cancelled right away. Responsiveness from the hotel has been difficult for ******* to refund the reservation. My friend also stayed and said he found roaches in his room.

Best thing was 2 comfortable beds for our 5 night stay
We won't book here again

Very disappointing. You could have a cold or boiling hot shower in the King Bed unit we stayed. Something seriously wrong with shower mixer.
Unit tired…needs a face lift. Evidence of water damage in bathroom.
