Excellent stay at Commodore Motel
Impeccably clean, quiet, and ideally located with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were professional and welcoming. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Lovely accomodation. Comfy bed. Very clean. Easy to walk to Botanic Gardens. Very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again when in Dunedin.

We had a great stay. Owners were accomodating of our late arrival. Rooms were spacious and well suited to our family of 4. For us, easy walking distance to University, and Forsyth Barr stadium was walkable too. Would stay again.

Stayed here for a few nights during athletics nationals and it was really convenient. Big spacious rooms and it was in a great location. Supermarket close, botanical gardens close by, and restaurants not far away at all. The room was quiet, but bright. The outdoor lights were on a lot which was a minor inconvenience.

Great location. Walkable to the Botanical Gardens and to groceries. Lovely staff. Excellent beds, pillows and bed linens. Very nice to have the seperate lounge.

Our stay was great the staff were very friendly and accommodating even helped with allowing an extra guest for a night. The neighbours can be a bit loud with there music but this is to be expected being by student accommodation and coming down at the start of o week but they would settle down by the start of noise control cerfew which was great but tolerated will definitely stay again when next down

Ensured we had locked our doors as an empty bottle of alcohol and cigarette butts outside room we were on 2nd level & being non smokers & drinker was a bit eerie. Service facilities excellent. Safe area was a blessing and hosts and staff very accommodating.

The Commodore was easy to find and a great place to stay. The bed was comfortable, shower great and easy walking distance to the rugby. We would definately stay there again.

Good but getting expensive these days. You pay the same but you get smaller portions often. Altering the included items has become more expensive.

The staff forgot to put the burger in my order and I only realised when I got home. Despite having no receipt as I went through the drive through, they were more than happy to compensate me and gave me a whole second meal for free. Excellent customer service from them.

Great fast food option for chicken lovers. The chicken could be very salty at times. Conveniently located in the student area. Watch for KFC coupons on offer online to get great value. There is a drive through but it could be a long wait on Friday evenings.
