We stayed for 1 night and I am glad we didnt stay any longer. We booked a single unit that accommodates 5 but were given 2 adjacent units as the other unit was undergoing maintenance. One of the 2 rooms offered had mild bad odour - either from smoking or bad/old carpet. The jacuzzi in one of the units did not work.

Big room with everything you need for a perfect stay. Friendly host en good daily service. Walking distance from shops, restaurants and railway station station. Definitely recommend this place.

This staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Rooms were clean quiet and spacious. We were very satisfied.

The unit was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Good value for money. We’ll stay there again if we’re back in Dunedin.

There were 2 levels of service in this property. Daytime staff were excellent - went above and beyond to assist. Were friendly and helpful.
Evening staff were offhand and disinterested in a couple of issues we had.

Property is in a good location close to eateries. Off street parking is great. Only downside is that some of the units are a bit tired.

The room wasn’t cleaned very well, needed a proper vacuum, paint was all flaking off around bathroom and toilet windows. The sofa bed arm rests felt tacky and grubby.
Shower was good with great pressure and volume of hot water.
It’s in a great location but looks like it’s just been run on the cheap.

We were given a 3 bedroom on level 2, with the rain upon us and no lift, we struggled up the steps with our luggages. The rooms are clean and kitchen well equipped. But as there were 7 of us, one of us ended up sleeping in the sofa bed at the lounge. Only problem is there was only 1 toilet and 1 shower room. I was told that all the apartment comes with 1 toilet so no choice. There were heaters so all of us have a good night's rest.

The location is handy from the city and University of Otago.
We arrived late at 9:30pm. We called the reception and they were waiting for us.
The amenities are sufficient and clean.
The only draw back was the electric blanket was not working.

As soon as we were greeted at the door the experience was positive. We were seated and the orders taken and the drinks arrived in less than a minute. The meals about ten to fifteen minutes later. We cannot fault the service or the meals, recommend it.

Arrived and went into a bar while our table was being made ready.
Bar tenders looked very good in skimpy tank tops, but very professional.
Drinks poured well. We were moved to our table. Server introduced herself to the group, went through special's.
Food looked good fro.what the menu said.
Server came back and refilled drinks and took orders, she was very good looking as was others that were about. Very tight clothes..dunno if they were going for a look or not but it kinda didn't match the restaurant.
Food came out before we started to wonder where it was.
Well presented and cooked as requested.
Server came to make sure all was well.
I had steak, wife and calamari which she indicated was very good and my son had Nacho's.
If the servers all matched the theme of the place they rating would be higher.
Price I think was ok for what we had.
Service good.

Large portion sizes and decent quality but a bit pricey for what you get in my opinion. Front of house service is not good with them asking you to take a seat in the bar first. Very obvious attempt to get more money.
