Story time:
We had a bad night in the tent when the weather turned absolutely miserable, we slept maybe 4 hours in total out in the tent. I explained to the staff that it would have been very helpful if we could just sleep and rest in before the booking time.
They found a good solution even though we arrived earlier than they expected and did all they could and found a very good room for us so we could finaly rest.
Just that in itself and the location made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
A huge thank you to Anne Lene and her team for their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. We look forward to coming back with our kids to experience the park again!
