Beautiful and clean room with good location next to train station.

Nice new hotel, good breakfast and restaurant, reasonable gym but no air con. Rooms good size for Norway hotel but stuffy and windows don’t open, was dying for fresh air at night!

Hotels in Norway are generally pricy compared to other regions of Europe, but to be fair to this particular hotel, even though the rooms are fairly small and the furniture looks like outdated, they compensate for that in the comfort of the bed and pillows and the practicality of using the desk, the closet, the bathroom, the shower and to top it up, one of the best open buffets breakfasts I've seen...

It was very close to other facilities especially the train station. And the employee at the reception were very friendly

Ideal location at railway station. Had expected to be in main building, but we’re on a building across the road.

The room we were in had problems with the lock not locking correctly. The staff were always quick to try to help, but it wasn't ideal that we were never 100% certain our valuables were safe. (I hope this was just an isolated issue that affected only our room and that it has since been repaired.) The hotel itself was nice, and the staff were friendly. The location is fairly central, with the train station...

Down graded I was surprised that on check in I was informed they had down graded me from the room i'd booked, but no refund of the difference, only an offer of 1 beer. The room itself was ok but very noisy due to the construction site right outside the window. Breakfast was good

Brilliant hotel. Extremely clean, bed.very comfortable, lovely shower. We received a very generous of "deal" which included buffet dinner and breakfast gratis Foods extremely good

This stay was an excellent experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The staff was warm and friendly, and the service was thoughtful. Both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The food was rich and delicious, and the daily breakfast gave people full vitality. The location is also good, and it is convenient for travel. I highly recommend it!

Value for money Reisen hadde som formål å besøke kjente i Oslo. Pga svært høye rompriser i Osolo, valgte vi å bo på Union i Drammen. Dette var et prisgunstig alternativ og vi var svært fornøyde tiøl tross for en ekstra kjøretur tur/retur Oslo.

The staff was lovely across the board. The breakfast was far better than I expected for such an inexpensive hotel. I would have liked a kettle in the room. Aside from that, the bed was very comfortable, but the room was a bit old. The carpet smelled a bit musty. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those looking for a good value.

No contact concept The concept of no contact with human was a little strange at first. I did need help getting in. Once I saw the lovely apartment stile rooms and found the access card, all was well!

Beautiful apartment hotel chain. Very good rooms with a good kitchen with a dish washer, coffee machine, fridge, oven included. nicece bedroom. Has a good hall and washing machine available. Wonderful for long stays. Please ensure you ask for an additional fan since this facility has centralized air conditioning and is not controllable from inside.

Convenient to train station, dining The hotel was just a short walk from the Central Station, in an area with a lot of grocery and restaurant options within a few blocks. My only disappointment is that there were no bicycles for use at the hotel, although this service had been included in their listing.

Full pot! Started with incredibly good service on the phone. It was organized, arranged and well informed about the location, parking and everything that was needed. Keys and access were easy and tidy. The room was incredibly nice! Plenty of space, good beds, clean and nice. The interior is well thought out and great. Great location. Was simply a really good experience! Highly recommend

I booked via AirBnb, the room was smaller than expected. It had everything but the quality of things were too low. In toilet plastic stuff was broken.

I experienced some difficulties with the identity check on my phone, because my camera didn't seem to work. This was solved after I switched browser to Chrome (from firefox) and accepting all cookies. This may help others too.

Great apartemnet, but noise and parkingcosts!! Very nice apartement. Clean and a good bed. Noise from pubs in the street til late night desturbed our sleep. Parking is as expencieve as the room a night
