Location was good. Our rooms were ready early. It was quite busy so the lift was constantly busy and packed with people and suitcases so be prepared to use the steps which were fine. Hotel staff helped book us a larger taxi for the airport. The room was spacious but there were elastics and other garbage left in the bathroom from previous guests when we arrived.

Lovely hot with a bathtub! Location is good, room can get abit stuffy if you do not open the window. Bed is super comfortable!

The hotel's location is great, and the rooms are generally clean. There's a supermarket right across the street, which is very convenient. However, the bedside lamp in my room was broken. The staff said they needed to wait for a repairman, but the next day they claimed they couldn't find one. They offered to move me to a downgraded standard room, which I, of course, refused. The hotel staffs are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is great with diff drink and food variety. Kirkenes is a very small city so there is only 1 small shopping mall 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Not much to see and shop. Many restaurants closed at weekend and the hotel room itself is simple with no surprise.

Easy access from airport to hotel by bus and walking distance to all the attractions. 

Saw aurora outside the hotel. Breakfast was good, staffs were helpful, can take airport bus right in front of the hotel .

we meet good reception, as we go king crab safari that we back hotel around 1pm, then we request late check out and hotel let us check out at 2pm. Appreciate their good service and friendly. The hotel in good location, good breakfast and facilities quite new. Recommended to stay.

The room was very clean and well-equipped. The hotel view was also amazing; we even saw the Northern Lights on our first night. The breakfast offered a good variety too, with yogurt, bread, and even reindeer meat.

We have checked with the front desk about hiking the mountain behind the reception building and was told it could be completed in 1-2 hours. However we have a different experience as there was no track or indicator after hiking about 1.5hr so we turned back before night fall. This is a very special place. We stayed in one of the beautiful cabins for one night in February. Unfortunately we were both quite under the weather so we’re not able to take advantage and enjoy all the activities that are offered but friends we were traveling with loved their dog sled and snowmobile experiences. Excellent food and service. A very unique and highly recommended property.

Excellent resort with lots of amazing activities available like the King Crab safari or snowmobile rides. Excellent 3 course dinner included in the room rate in addition to breakfast.

In the city center, clean and comfortable with a kitchen and living room.

Greit nok for overnatting Hotell har restaurant i samme bygning, lukten av maten føles også på rommet. Ingen hadde vært på resepsjon ved innkjeking, måtte vente. Ganske gamle bygning, trenger oppussing. Lys på badet virker ikke med en gang. Bagasjen til tredje etage heises med «arbeid heis»

Basic in price and comfort Good: location, clean, comfortanle beds. Bad: we couldnt believe we came to the Arctic and it was hotter than Italy. Window was open, but the room was very hot.
