Verden Hotel is located in the center of Lakselv, close to restaurants, shops, and services. This is why we chose the hotel. Bathtub placement is a safety hazard.
The overnight stay was payed by bonus points = i probably got the worst rom at the hotel. It was clean, fridge in the rom, good bed, good parking, tip-top breakfast. But on the bathroom they had a bathtub that about 15cm intruding the door into bathroom. Bathtub had no side panels = sharp edges around the bathtub, feet and brackets for fastening side panels. I have used this hotel several times. Superb location, nice staff and good food (I will recommend the local cuisine). I like that they show their history and stick to it. The room was clean and the bed gave me a good night sleep. I don’t need more and will come back.
