Thon Partner Hotel

The hotel itself was acceptable, the breakfast was very good. The main issue we faced was that after shortening our trip, it took more than two months to finally receive a refund, largely due to the very unresponsive main office of Thon Hotel. Still, if you remain persistent, the process does work out in the end.

The hotel was in a central location and was easy to find. The room was clean and tidy including a nespresso machine and large shower. It was very quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent - lots of choice. There was a nice bar area with loads of character. We ate in the restaurant where the food was also excellent.

Old and worn hotel with a poor brecfast. But fantastic people

This hotel isn't "fancy". The rooms are freshly renovated, beautiful warm bathroom, friendly staff and they accepted my service dog with no trouble at all. The dinners in the restaurant are outstanding! I enjoy my stays here whenever I'm in Sortland.

Nice room with a modern bath. The bed was too soft. The entire hotel was modernized in 2017. This hotel has a history as it is very old, but it is modernized and in very good condition. Breakfast was good, unfortunately the staff wasn't very attentive on that day, so no honey, no chocolate spread, ... but for the rest it was a good stay.

Perfect little getaway !! Amazing breakfast, awesome service and exceptional cleaniless, and they gave us Gammelstua ( their genuine fish farmer's house) which was fully renovated with a bathroom, kitchen and living room. it made our experience exceptional !!!!

In the senter of Sortland, easy to walk to the senter of the city. Rooms clean, and nice staff. . Breakfast ok and also the dinner.

Absolutely nothing to complain about! The room and especially the bathroom are large and a very good breakfast is served.

Stayed for 2 nights Lovely room Free on site parking Complimentary coffee and tea in reception On site restaurant served a fabulous evening meal/experience The T bone steak and reindeer fillet were out of this world Good breakfast selection - omelette and crispy bacon especially tasty Managed to drive to Andenes from here - circa 2-3 hours each way - western coast route recommended over eastern...

Everything I needed or any questions I had was given in a friendly and polite way. Defo recommend this place and will stay there again. The breakfast was brilliant. The room was excellent. Nothing negative to say. Excellent value for money.

Rooms are not new, but I can see the hotel staff are keeping the rooms nice and clean. The lady at front desk is very nice. Parking lot right behind the hotel, quite convenient.

Very cozy apartment on the top. Beautiful views in all directions. Clean, cozy, own kitchen and bathroom. Good and comfortable bed. RECOMMENDED!

We loved Nyksund. Fascinating place, other-worldly! Lovely walks. Holmvik is full of character! Room was clean, bright, comfortable. Basis breakfast. If you are looking for luxury keep looking. We really valued the quirkeyness of the place and its wonderful surroundings.

Full of character in an out of the way place. We loved the atmosphere. Glad we booked 2 rooms for the 3 of us as the bunk in the double room nearly touched the ceiling and was claustrophobic. Friendly staff and perfectly good food. We had a really good night’s stay
