Nice resort hotel with pool and beach to discover the island and to relax. ARIF is a very friendly hotel employee in the restaurant. Very kind and extremely helpful.

The hype around the exoticness of the hotel is disappointing. Reception staff (evening was almost rude). The only saving grace was the excellent food prepared by the cook and impeccable service provided by the restaurant manager.

This hotel is simple and beautiful. Located on the north east side of the island it has stunning views across the Arabian Sea. The staff are nothing but perfection. Derrell at the front desk is always on hand for anything you require and the restaurant staff Abdullah and Dikshant offer service as if you are family. We have stayed every year for the past 3 and intend to make it an annual trip. If you are looking for a clean comfortable hotel where you can enjoy a slower pace of life look no further.

Stayed here for one night and found the resort quite relaxing. Derrel at the front desk answered all our questions and is very knowledgeable about the property and the island. Great service at the restaurant provided by Dikshant and the breakfast was very good! I would recommend this property to anyone planning a stay on Masirah Island.

Good location and food is awesome and staff is also good. Facility is also good. Good beach view. Pool is also big and they have tennis court and garden for children. Parking available and they also arrange early checking. It good group to enjoy.

Nice spacious rooms. Clean & tidy. Comfortable bed. Good air-conditioning. Good room service. Very nice swimming pool. Breakfast was good. Big parking lot. The toilet and shower area was little small. The hotel is a little inside but in a very quiet area.

We stayed in this hotel during newyear. Hotel is very nice , with beautiful view . Rooms are clean and basic. Staff is very friendly, especially Abdullah, who always greeted with big smile and made our stay comfortable.This is best stay in island especially with kids . Thanks

Had a bad experience in this resort. Bathroom water was rusty as shown in the videos. Found a live spider in the room. Receptionist insisted to pay in advance during check-in (most international 4 star hotels pay on checkout! ). Same day complained to change rooms and was told all rooms were reserved and noticed the whole resort was almost empty. Asked for immediate action and a refund and got feedback that the hotel manager wasnt available. They refused to corporate or support. Wouldnt recommend them! They dont care about customer satisfaction . There are cheaper and better options found on the island.

We Loved - Very Friendly Atmosphere, Really Good Food at the Restaurant, Large Rooms with Balconies, Beautiful Views of the Sunrise. Nice Cosy Pool Side and Outdoor Areas for the Night Star Watch.

The location is good. I think is the best in masirah island. The staff are nice and especially manager Mr. Puran, he helps us a lot! The message you leave they will give response asap.
