Excellent hotel in yhe centre of Katowice. Great value for money. The hotel is new and very clean.

No particular problems except we were asked to pay extra charge 200 pln (!) for supposedly staining the bed linen. First time happened to me, that hotel requires additional payment for having to wash their towels and sheets. Very strange. No surprise hotel is almost empty.

I forgot to take pictures, but overall it was great! The room was spacious, the front desk was open 24 hours, and they offered free luggage storage. It's super close to the station, only a five or six-minute walk. There's also a shopping mall right next door. Very convenient!

This accommodation boasts a great location and a delicious breakfast. The beds are incredibly comfortable, to mention. While some staff members weren't entirely professional, the overall service was excellent. The rooms facing the street offer great views, though they can be a bit noisy.

Our first visit to Katowice and our first time staying in the newly renovated and Poland's first voco hotel by IHG. The stay was lovely and enjoyable from check-in to checking out the experience was excellent, all the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it ideal to explore. Our Queen Standard room was spacious with a modern decor, everything felt brand new, stylish and clean. The bed and linens were fabulously comfortable. Room was equipped with all you needed for a relaxing stay. A highlight was the breakfast served in the elegant Moderna Restaurant offered an impressive selection, everything you would want and more, all prepared with the highest quality ingredients, delicious and staff were fantastic. The reception area, bar area and restaurant were all very tastefully decorated with lots of plants, very inviting and a pleasant atmosphere.

A lovely hotel in the centre of Katowice well located for local shops and restaurants. We had a car to get about the local area which was useful and although we had to pay for parking at the hotel this was ok and we never struggled for a space. The staff are all incredibly friendly, we would stay here again for the location and staff

One of the best hotels I've been to. It was my first time in Poland and I really liked Hotel Katowice. They serve the guests well in the restaurant, they clean the rooms, it is always clean in the corridors and it looks beautiful. Friendly staff. I recommend!

For me, it's a gem next to the market square. I paid very reasonable money for a tasty roll with dumplings and broth in the set of the day offer, I was warmed up and well-fed, so I was satisfied. The period atmosphere is quite interesting, and the waiter tries to make sure everything is ok 👍 Thank you 🙂

Yesterday I was with my boyfriend. We didn't have a chance to eat anything because the waitress ignored us 😑 We ended up giving her a menu. She said there was a long waiting time, but I don't know if it was the waiting time for the dish to be prepared or for her to come to us to take the order. She approached every table but us.

I rate breakfast at the Katowice hotel as satisfactory with a plus, and dinner and the main dish of the day are very good. The big advantage of this restaurant is the large glass windows through which we can see a beautiful park with lush trees.

Great food according to tradition, so it will be ready on Friday, very tasty creme onion soup with croutons and golden cod. Very good food. Elegant and very clean interior. Nice service at a high level. I recommend ! If anyone criticizes you, it's just poor competition...!
