The hotel, staff and services were so nice and it's so close to the centrum.which helps a lot with mobility. Loved my stay.

Very good prices, breakfast buffet was incredible. The room was a nice size with a huge window from the 10th floor. The bathroom had a nice big shower and there was free tea and water.

For me, it's a gem next to the market square. I paid very reasonable money for a tasty roll with dumplings and broth in the set of the day offer, I was warmed up and well-fed, so I was satisfied. The period atmosphere is quite interesting, and the waiter tries to make sure everything is ok 👍 Thank you 🙂

I rate breakfast at the Katowice hotel as satisfactory with a plus, and dinner and the main dish of the day are very good. The big advantage of this restaurant is the large glass windows through which we can see a beautiful park with lush trees.

We recently stopped this weekend in room 517. The hotel was nice and clean with good facilities. The breakfast was really nice but found the choice for evening meals very limited. The location of the hotel wasn't ideal and far from the city centre. The lady who works in the bar and reception was brilliant and helped us a lot and even ordered us a Pizza Hut! On the whole... an enjoyable stay.

beautiful, pleasant and clean hotel but unfortunately with below average staff and average breakfasts. for the whole three days the receptionists were very unpleasant, impudent and rude. Thanks to them we could not use the paid parking in the garage, no apology came AND they did not even care. you really do not expect this in such a hotel.

Excellent hotel, centrally located in Katowice. Service was nice. Rooms very clean and nicely decorated. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. Air conditioned gym downstairs was also a plus. The only thing to bear in mind is that in the street-facing rooms you can hear a bit of the city noises (trains passing by, etc.) through the close windows, so if you want a complete quiet ask for a courtyard...

The hotel has very good location for the specific city of Katowice within five minutes' walk from the railway station. The room is comfortable and spacious, with very good mattress providing for nice and healthy sleeping conditions. Special credit is for the restaurant both for the nice breakfast of dishes ranging from Polish fermented cucumbers to jamon and for the day dining with original local accents...

Had a 4am check in and provided with a 1.30pm later check out. Room was spacious and bed comfy. Breakfast was diverse. Location was central. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. Staff were polite, service minded in person and via email correspondence.

I stay here most of the time when I come on business trips. The price is very cheap and the breakfast is not bad. And parking is free. The accessibility to the city is very good, so it is good to stay at an affordable price.

This hotel is very modern and just how I normally like hotels. The room was a bit tight for what I have experienced in Poland. The Staff where super friendly and helpful. but sleeping here was impossible as the room was super hot and suffocating so we had to open the window and with the window open there is no way of sleeping due to the rail way behind the hotel, so all night almost every 30 minutes...

The hotel is super city centered, and the staff here are nice and friendly. However, the room equipment is not satisfying,: very small single quilt was provided, and the mattress for a queen bed was putting two single bed mattresses together.

It's a good hotel. There is parking available(60plz), gym and good sauna. Rooms are quiet. The windows can be open. Comfortable bad and good shower. Recaption is open all day. There is a restaurant as well.

Yes, yes, the hotel lighting is okay, and the location is generally alright. For the price, I'm generally satisfied. To be honest, it's really good overall.

The hotel is clean but very basic. There wasn't even hot water in the sink, no hair dryer, one towel per person, and nothing else. The first room they gave us didn't have heating, which is a big problem in Polish temperatures. The first solution they offered was to give me a space heater! I had to insist on getting a room change! And I was traveling with two small children!

The location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from the city center, making dining and shopping convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant is fantastic, offering panoramic city views. Free parking would be a great bonus.

In the city center, it is very convenient for eating and supermarkets. There is an underground parking lot. The rooftop restaurant has a good view

The hotel is located in a peaceful area. Walking time to Katowice station is 10-15 mins. Only is sauna and gym are in another building next to the hotel. The staff was kind, and wifi worked well.

I was disappointed that the pool was only open in the evening. If have had seen that before I made the booking, I would have found another one

Located right on the main party street so depending on location of room there could be noise , ear plugs were provided but we didn't need them.there is a restaurant/brewtap attached to the hotel we didn't eat there but did try a selection of beers which were very good.

Horrible If you want sleep and rest, search another option. Is like to be inside the disco but in the bed. Pubs close 4:30 am and the music noise is terrible in the room. I forgot to take pictures, but overall it was great! The room was spacious, the front desk was open 24 hours, and they offered free luggage storage. It's super close to the station, only a five or six-minute walk. There's also a shopping mall right next door. Very convenient!

This accommodation boasts a great location and a delicious breakfast. The beds are incredibly comfortable, to mention. While some staff members weren't entirely professional, the overall service was excellent. The rooms facing the street offer great views, though they can be a bit noisy. There are many good restaurants nearby, and it's also very close to the train station.

A good value hotel with friendly staff. A bit difficult to find the entrance. We slept really well as the beds were comfy and there was no noise. The restaurant wasn't open when we were there but we got a good recommendation from the guy on reception.

We were working in the congress Centre which was 3 minutes walk to the loading area so a perfect spot. The room was clean and comfy. There is no bar or restaurant but we found a very good cafe round the corner for breakfast and a 15 minute walk to town found many restaurants

I stayed here for several nights and it was really good. However, this morning, the lady at the reception confirmed I could extend my stay for one more night at the same price. But at lunch she suddenly changed her story, claiming we only agreed on a 1 hour extension (which makes no sense as 1h extension was already within my rights). We found some funny things left by previous guests upon our arrival, and the TV was broken, but aside from that, everything was good. We especially appreciated the priceless help from the night security with ice and other necessities. It was a nice and quiet place overall.
