The rooms are small but the hotel is tired in desperate need of refurbishment.lots of broken items found in the room. Surprised to hear it's a part of the group.Good if you have a car and can travel hard to find Uber to come to take you to the city center in the evening or afternoon.breakfast breads were tasting stale from yesterday warmed up and given.breakfast not worth the money they are charging for need to look into updating breakfast menu.No biscuits in the room where mentioned on tea coffee station with biscuits.outdated furniture.The heating panel on the wall doesn't work.we had interconnected room were guest from other room try to open door .middle of the night .

The room is clean and tidy, similar to domestic express hotels. Since the Poznan Airport MOXY Hotel was fully booked, I chose this one. It is close to the airport and not far from the business travel destination.

Firstly, the hotel's prime location offers convenient transportation, making travel to the airport, train station, and major city attractions effortless. The surrounding amenities are also well-equipped, with supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping malls nearby, meeting all our daily needs.
Upon entering the hotel, the first thing that struck me was the spacious and bright lobby, decorated in a simple yet elegant style, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing excellent service. Check-in was efficient, and they patiently explained the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions, making us feel right at home.
The room was spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout, and the bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The room was fully equipped with everything you need, including air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator, and a safe, and everything was clean and tidy and very convenient to use. Cleanliness was also excellent, with a dedicated housekeeper daily, ensuring the room was always clean and tidy, and linens and duvet covers were changed promptly, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel's breakfast offers a rich and varied selection, including Chinese delicacies like congee, steamed buns, and fried dough sticks, as well as Western pastries, bread, and fruit, catering to diverse tastes. The elegant restaurant environment and friendly staff provided a wonderful dining experience.
In addition, the hotel also offers several free value-added services, such as free parking and free laundry, which were a great convenience. Overall, this hotel offers excellent facilities and services, and offers excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Our car was robbed during our stay in the hotel and using the private parking of the hotel, the employee at the service desk was helpful, but the management of the hotel, despite promising to get in touch with us - never wrote even a word, so shown a completely dishonest and disrespect to their guests.
P.S. Huge respect to a guy from the service desk - he was the best side of this hotel during the stay!
