The decor is a bit outdated, but it's still clean, and it is an established chain hotel after all. I used to stay here frequently, but this time my experience was just average. I'd suggest the hotel consider a renovation.

The hotel is right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get around. There's a large shopping mall right outside where you can eat and shop, and the old town is within walking distance. The breakfast was also good.

Room was a good size with generous bathroom. Breakfast was a particular highlight.

Such a lovely hotel excellent location Clean staff was accommodating and the attached restaurant served great food. Breakfast was amazing. Catered for my coeliac disease. Quiet as well. Only issue coffee downstairs in lobby so had to go down in my PJs to grab morning coffee.

I had a wonderful experience at a hotel in Positano. It was a well-occupied, clean, and modern hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful; they provided an adapter immediately when I asked. I also left my headphone to charge at the reception, and they were very welcoming. The hotel’s location was great, within walking distance of the Old market Sq.

We stopped by Poznan on our way from Gdansk to Berlin. It is a beautiful city with characters and the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station. The only thing to be aware is due to the train station structure, it is still 10-15 minutes of walk to reach the hotel with stairs to climb so not as close as how it looked from the distance.

Sheraton Poznan Hotel has good breakfast, a peaceful atmosphere, and friendly reception staff.

Upgraded to a superior room, which included a nespresso machine, but for some reason we were given 3 decaf coffee pods and one regular pod, after the room was cleaned again and one of the pods was used we only had that one pod replaced, don’t get...

Nice, large rooms with a great location. The breakfast deserves special mention. The buffet is excellent, even offering honey in the set menus. A minor drawback is the weak shower pressure, which is related to water conservation.

Hotel not right in the center but within a short walk or tram ride to the center or to Avenida Mall and Poznan Glowny train station. Our room was quite small and so was the bathroom but it was alright. the noise from other guests was irritating, maybe they were drunk. I did put a notice on the door for a room service after an hour or so..had to remove it because nooone came.Location is good near shops .you can walk to the train or bus station.

Don’t expect this is a hotel standard, beds is a bit run out and too soft. We didn’t have a good sleep during our stays. Toilet and floor is not really clean.

The hotel is lovely and the beds were extremely comfortable, it's a perfect location to do lots of different activities, the only flaw was the noise when the windows were open because of the traffic, and the windows needed to be open due to no air con. Very nice for a couple nights on a city break. Really clean also.

The hotel is a stone's throw from the center, large and comfortable rooms, there is everything you need to make coffee or tea, a very large bathroom, breakfast where there is basically sweet and savory, the staff is very kind and the rooms are clean. I would definitely go back

Although we visited during the hot season, the air conditioning worked well and we were able to stay comfortably. It was also nice that the location was within walking distance of the station.

The staff at the Vivaldi were very courteous and very helpful. More than happy to answer any questions we had like where certain things were in the city or to get a bucket of ice after hours. The facility was very clean and well maintained. We paid for the breakfast buffet for the entire week that we were there. It was good but was the same every day. Some changes from day to day would have been nice

Recommended Excellent hotel that surprised me in a positive way. I got a designer-room with a round bed - very nice indeed. Breakfast excellent. Internet was also excellent, fast and easy to connect to (which is rare in European hotels). The restaurant was also excellent at fair prices. Several tramlines very near the hotel made travel easy.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on our city break to Poznan, it took around 15-20 mins in a taxi from the airport to get to the hotel costing £6 so it was easy to get to. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom in particular was very nice and modern, we also had daily complimentary bottled water as a nice touch. In terms of ease of getting into the city it is in a great location...

Negative : why upsell a room (423) with a "city view" , when the only thing you can see are the windows of the next door building, blocking everything else. This was very disappointing. TV remote was not working. Positive: The room and bed was comfy. Efficient housekeeping. Friendly reception. Great breakfast. 15 min walk from the Old town.

I stayed 5 nights and it was overall a pleasant experience. The breakfasts are amazing. I was happy to visit the gym over though it's quite small. The room was clean, warm (in December). Only thing - i didn't get the design idea with the wardrobe...super strange one. The lobby is pretty, was decorated for Christmas. There was a Starbacks coffee machine (extra price). Thank you.

Excellent dining in and close to local options, such as Wiejskie Jadlo. Room is cute. We didn't notice our double bed was outfitted with a twin duvet and our bath with only 1 towel, so we had quite the laugh over it. I'm sure had we noticed earlier they would have been all to kind and quick to remedy. The people are lovely! The service and food 5 star.

Overall good experience. Wifi didn't work, room TVs were outdated but not that important because we didn't use them. It was clean.

Motorcycle parking was free and the room was clean but very hot with no aircon. I borrowed a fan from reception which was better but only just. A very classic and elegant hotel with a quiet surroundings. For this price, it's really great value for a three-star hotel! The bed was clean and soft, but the toilet had an odor issue. Since it's an older hotel, some facilities are a bit dated, and they didn't provide Wi-Fi login details; I guess you'd have to ask at the front desk. Overall, it's still pretty good.

Hotel Gaja is a great experience if you're visiting Poznan. It's a bit out of the center area, but it's quiet, discreet and still has great places nearby, like the old Zoo, worth a visit. Rather a solid 3 than a 4. The hotel is new, but far from the center, there is not even a refrigerator in the room.

Breakfast was very good, room was lovely. Guy on reception was fab. However the menu for an evening meal is very limited and service from the restaurant staff was poor (although they did have a big party going on at the same time)
