It was a really amazing experience at this hotel, it has all the facilities you need, with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed in either a bed or sofabed. The television works and the trams have a stop outside. It is close to the city centre and had a friendly crew to help us with the city. It had a pool and a pool table, as well as a bowling alley and table football, all which were cheap and enjoyable...

Everything was perfect! From the start to finish. We walked out of one hotel due to not such a good service and attitude. Just to come to this hotel which made our day. Bowling, swimming pool, spa with massages - perfect service. Very clean rooms, smiley staff, comfy beds, lots and lots of space, huge choice of breakfast, free parking. Highly recommended.

Our preferred stay in Łódź. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. The bathroom is very nice with walk-in shower and floor heating. Hello , just spent 4 nights! Excellent area so roomy , amazing breakfast area with so manu choices! Lucky wasn't hot so we didn't have to use the pool that seem closer to the older sister - Ambasador Centrum . I might book there next time in summer. Only suggestion i think installing soap/Shampoo + conditioner will be more eco instead of those tiny bottles .

Very comfortable beds, good size room. Shower, sink and toilet in room. Decent selection of TV channels, most in Polish. Close to bus and tram stops that can get you into the city centre easily. Restaurant is okay. Included breakfast was more than satisfactory.

It's OK. Looks like a castle. Most people in Poland don't speak English well and this does for the hotel personal too. So you may have to find the right person to get your message through. But it's mostly nice people. There is not much to do in the hotel. There are no TV channels in English.

Hotel focus was an adequate hotel for a 4 day visit to Łódź. The staff were generally friendly other than one receptionist. The rooms are spacious with large ceilings, a bottle of water is provided which was appreciated. The hotel is close to tram and bus stops and is a 20ish min walk to Piotrowska Street. Overall I’d stay again when next in Łódź.

What a totally positive surprise!! I usually stay somewhere else as my company has a corporate rate - but that was full this week. Diffinetly would recommend. Great staff, we was lucky and could check in 4.5 h early on arrival. The reception staff very happy and helpful. Lovely swimming pools and great food. Excellent choice of breakfast and delicious dinner. Also chicken nuggets and chips available for my daughter of the menu.

It is good choice when you want to stay in Łódź for business or some quiet place as it is located far from centre. I didn't have time to check spa area because of too much work but room was really nice and breakfast tasty as well.

When I asked for an extra pillow, I got the answer that it was impossible to get it, strange... but okay. However, when it is so hot outside and you order a hotel with air conditioning, you hope that it will not only be there but also perform its function. Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not work even after two requests. They told me that they turned it on, and I would have to wait, unfortunately...

Staff was nice, the rooms were okay, some of the lamps and switches were slightly tilted, and there were only two plugs for the whole room, one in the living room and one in thr bathroom, the air conditioner was not also working. Plus points for the clean pool, if you are willing to wake up at 7-8 am, the pool is completely empty and just for you, you will get a nice morning swim in here. The breakfast...

Despite having big room with tall ceiling and clean bathroom. There is very old television only with 4 repeating channels, Small empty Fridge, bed is not cleaned properly, not polite reception, don't have even water heating mug.

I've been staying in Hotel Raymont even breviously. It is a little bit aged hotel but a good budget hotel. Nothing fancy, just a dated room, but nice and clean. It's not a Sheraton, but you only pay 1/8th (or even less) of Sheraton night. I've never tasted their breakfast, because there is a fridge in the room so I manage my own breakfast. But generally I can say that, breakfasts in Polish hotels...

The hotel is very good, nice, big room. However breakfast was terrible. There was no bread, no coffe. The baked eggs were disgusting... they were almost not baked, just warm. Ugly... no worth to pay for breakfast.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I chose the Yuca hotel due to its close location to the training site, so it suited me, although the area is so-so ;). We were organizing a small party in the restaurant part. I rate the value for money very good. The food is very tasty, the portions are selected so that even the most voracious family members can eat enough (we also have ingredients left for a few nice dinners - but this is already known according to individual preferences). I also recommend buying a cake and cakes through the premises - it's not cheap...

I was tired in the city of Łódź and this place was very affordable and a great place to charge my phone for the night. Prices will fluctuate but I got a room for approximately £20 GBP. That's great value for a place to lay your head.

Old fashioned hotel with lots of art deco and post war features. Great food breakfast loads. Evening meals are good value and bar drinks are good value. We found a lot of places pub and bars charge at weekends . Well worth its money at weekend and great staff and service .

Really comfortable and peaceful place. It might seem like a big clunky typical "bussines hotel" but in fact it's a nature-station with all the pros that comes with it. Main road leading to it is not sooo good but the place is worth it.

The staff were unbelievably courteous and professional. I travel, heavily, for work and it has been over a year that I have had this level of genuine warmth and kindness. One of the best cuisine I’ve ever tasted in Poland.

The room is quite cozy, but as out into the hallway stinks, probably the carpets that they are in the corridors. The food is OK, but the cakes are delicious.

Overall a nice hotel, for location, conditions and service. Receptionist could be more friendly though.

Very good, located in the middle of P Street, the most prosperous street in Lodz, with convenient transportation, clean and sanitary. The price is also reasonable. My friend and I booked 7 days together and felt it was worth it.

Only minus is related to room service. Was informed that by standard service takes 45 minutes, even to deliver some drinks. Apart from that, everything was great!

The location is absolutely perfect just 3 min away from Piotrkowska street. The room was quite spacious and comfortable.

Reception was pro and check-in and out went very smooth. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Central location close to trams, main shopping streets and museums. Big train station 20 minutes by foot. Wifi-connection stable.

In general - I got nothing to complain. Staff very friendly. The rooms are quiet, big enough and the furniture/design is modern! Breakfast is also fine, but with three specific issues covered, you'll get 10/10 rating next time. 1) I know that polish people like their scrambled eggs more "fluid" - but trust me, the rest of the world don't like this fluid, sloppy condition. Just leave it some minutes...

It is not "a favour", to be given a refund, when I cancel breakfast for which _I had paid_ Also, I don't want to be misinformed that "breakfast is free" or that I didn't pay for it! Good budget hotel. However, 20 minute walk from the central train station in Lodz. Clean and cheap. However, some rooms have interior windows overlooking the reception/lobby area and other rooms have windows over a flat roof. Restaurant and breakfast available.

The hotel chain has a unified decoration style, which is spacious and bright. In the city center, next to the shopping mall, two minutes walk from the bus station, quite lively. 2 kilometers away from the nearest train station.

The hotel is relatively quiet and new, which meets the expectations of the brand. However, the bedding in my friend's room is obviously dirty, and the hygiene needs to be improved. It is good that the hotel has its own parking lot.
