Review – poor sleep due to lack of ventilation and service

When I arrived in my hotel room, the temperature was 25 degrees. I tried to lower the temperature using the digital control, but this did not work. I also tried to open the window, but it was not possible.
A colleague staying in the room next to mine could open her window. The next morning I asked reception if they could check this for my room. Because I had to go to work, I could not wait for the result, but I expected it to be solved when I returned.
After a long working day, I came back to the hotel around 9:00 PM. Unfortunately, the window was still closed and could not be opened. I went to reception again. After contacting the manager (who was not in the hotel), I was told that the window simply could not be opened.
I asked for another room, because the hotel did not seem fully booked, but this was not possible. I also explained again that the temperature control was not working. In the end, I only received a small fan.
Because of the heat and lack of fresh air, I slept very badly both nights. During the first night I even had to cool my feet under the cold shower to feel more comfortable. The second night was not better.
I expected a better solution from the hotel when a room cannot be ventilated properly. A working temperature system or another room would have been reasonable.
For me, this is not good service. A good night of sleep is very important during a business trip

The air conditioner doesn't work. It's set to 15, but it blows warm air and barely blows any air out the window. We went to the front desk, but they didn't apologize and offered us a fan. The service is terrible. Judging by the reviews and the staff's reactions, this is a long-standing problem, and they're unwilling to fix it. I highly recommend not staying here.
