Very good hotel reasonable prices great place to stay

It's a really nice hotel and they have tried hard to make everything perfect. The pool and other amenities are great. Staff have some English but you'll struggle if you need to have a more complex conversation if you don't know any Polish

It's a very nice hotel, the facilities here are very good aswell I especially liked the wee TV room with individual TVs and recliners. The reason for my lower rating is because the staff here are horrible, especially the blonde girl on reception. My wife speaks fluent polish and anytime we asked the reception for information or help they where nothing but rude to us and expected us to know ourselves...

A straight forward, affordable hotel in a quiet area. Extensive breakfast buffet. Architecture and interior dating back to socialist times, but quite charming, fully with wood-panel clad staircases and a lift that has no safety door between car and shaft.

We were with my wife until 07/12/2022, we are very pleased. We do not understand why there are so many negative opinions about this facility, which is located in the city center, next to the spa park. Helpful staff (reception, cleaning service, rehabilitation, kitchen) you can have some reservations about meals, but this is not a 4-star hotel, only a senatorium. weeks of stay was great.

We had a very nice stay at Wrzos. The owners were really nice, polite, warm and helpful. Rooms were tidy and really comfortable. Breakfast was served in a beautiful hall.

We stayed at this complex as a 40-bed group from the city of Katowice.We love the environment of the resort is beautiful ,not to overeating the kitchen ( Ah, that Zurek), cooking method, barbecue, kindness of the owners , nice rooms.If zawitamy again in the kłodzko Basin, would definitely stay at this resort.Recommended! Everything's fine. Ok parking places, also access. A very nice gentleman in the restaurant. But the price / quality ratio is unfavorable. Pretty expensive for such a standard.

We spent a week with my family and it was perfect! We could see the slope from our window. People working there are really nice even if we couldn't speak the language, they managed to understand us. Breakfast was waiting for us when we came down. The place is really clean and warm. I really recommend this place.

A very nice hotel, we spent Christmas Eve and holidays in it. The food was very tasty and plentiful, the service very nice and helpful. Close to the slope, the hotel also has a very nice ski room and a small bar with beer or mulled wine. Only minutes is no elevator, constantly walking to the rooms on the third floor can be tiring.

It's an amazing place to refresh yourself, access to the SPA zone (swimming pool and variety of different saunas, two jacuzzis, terrace, etc.). Surrounded by forest, which brings peace to your mind. The food is rather good as well. The only downside is the price of course, it's slightly more expensive than I would expect (~20% less). However, you get what you pay for. In general it's ok. Good location, good breakfast, clean room, big bathroom, nice staff, but like every other things in Polanica Zdrój, it's quite overpriced. At 350 zł a night, one would expect more amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, and other toiletries but the fact is there are only a bottle of hand soap, a 2in1 shampoo/shower gel and toilet paper in the bathroom.

Hello, I have a tourist office and coach hire, we have been going to Sara for 15 years with schools, there has never been a problem with delicious food. Rooms were nice and clean, the appartment complex included a simple gym and games hall with billiard and games. We totally loved the breakfasts and dinners here. Wellness is fine, although a bigger sauna and cooling room would be appreciated. as it is in common space with the swimming pool, you have to wear swimsuit and guests often visit sauna right from the pool, this is not how it should be:)

Excellent location near the spa park. Nice rooms well equipped. Excellent food in the form of a buffet for breakfast and dinner or a la carte. Service is slower with poor English. We had a great stay in the apartment. Place was new, super clean and comfortable. Underground parking is a great option in cold weather. Location can’t be better if you want to be in the town centre , walking distance to all restaurants and the park. We rented a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor. As we travel with our toddlers, the outside patio and playground was a great bonus.
