I can't say enough good things about Hotel Adam Spa. I spent 11 days there with my mum for her birthday retreat. We indulged in highly enjoyable spa treatments, including a mineral mud bath, hydrojet, and sessions in a salt cave. The spa and hotel staff were professional, helpful, and polite. The facilities were equally wonderful, and the location couldn't be better—just a stone's throw from the town centre and a short drive from Náchod in the Czech Republic, where you can visit their beautiful palace. I would like to extend particular thanks to Artur at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Top-class customer service.

Our room stunk of mold... When we went down to the relaxation area, the other guests were loud and staff wouldn't do anything about it - definitely not a place for a relaxed holiday. The children were jumping in the swimming pool. Breakfast was poor and as we had special dietary restrictions - we informed the reception about it couple of days before our arrival. We were not catered for and frowned upon when asked for other options. The staff were rude and uncooperative. They were not willing to make some extra arrangements for (their words) 'only the two of you' - unbelievable. We travel a lot as it's part of our job and we never felt so disappointed and disrespected. They are proud to advertise their vegan spa treatments but angry when asked for vegan food options. If you want a place that is still stuck in the previous century, feel free to book a room. If you expect nice and helpful staff, pretty rooms and relaxing atmosphere - look for another place otherwise you're going to end up hating this place and leaving after first night as we did. Please don't waste your time and hard earned money on this joke of the hotel where staff thinks they are above the guests and are actually bothered by guests being there. Disgrace and disgust is the only word that can describe this hotel.

It's a very nice hotel, the facilities here are very good aswell I especially liked the wee TV room with individual TVs and recliners.
The reason for my lower rating is because the staff here are horrible, especially the blonde girl on reception. My wife speaks fluent polish and anytime we asked the reception for information or help they where nothing but rude to us and expected us to know ourselves. Not good service for a hotel, when we have traveled anywhere else in the world hotels are usually friendly and very forthcoming with help and information on the local areas because they know you are a tourist, but not here. My advice if your coming here is to research the area yourself and also don't ask them anything here as you get the impression that you are annoying the staff.
Also the waiting staff in the restaurant, the staff on the bar and also the reception staff never smiled once the whole time I was here, not just to us but to all customers and this doesn't create a nice atmosphere.
I also didn't like the fact that there is someone working on the reception over night but you cannot buy anything from them like water or a cola, or no mini bar in the room.

Lovely location, lovely rooms, professional and very friendly staff. We had a great time in this place. Definitely worth 5 stars!
