I had the best stay at St. Lukas! I cant wait to go back!! Big, spacious and clean hotel rooms. Very helpful staff. The receptionist helped us to rent e-bikes. Excellent breakfast with a lot of different options. Nice and quiet spa with saunas and a big pool. I had the best cocktails in the evening at the nice terrace! Beautiful surroundings, the hotel looks fresh but some rooms are clearly outdated. The food is okay, a bit bland. Heating in the room barely worked. And the TV kept going on with an annoying ad when you entered the room.

The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. To be honest I didn't really enjoy this hotel. The check in was quick. We were given a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. Beautiful weather, mountains, delicious food - this is how holidays should be spent! The rooms are ok, modestly decorated but well-kept, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The water park turned out to be a nice surprise, I recommend the sauna and jacuzzi after long mountain walks. Food - delicious and tastes like home! Very large selection!
