Not the best hotel I have visited. The staff does not speak English or German, opening hours for the bar is very limited, breakfast is not before 8 am. Service in the rooms was not good. Drinking water was only present in the room when we arrived but not during the stay. It is mandatory to wash before going in the pool, but there is no soap in the shower. The lifeguards in the pool area acted like they owned the place with different rules, and opened and closed the water slides all the time with no obvious reasons. Only really good and positive thing is the food. Very delicious 🤤

Unfortunately I have beeen to better hostels, staff doesnt speak English, from futniture to all amenities outdated. No drinking water in the pool area! Doesnt worth what we have paid, better places in the region with much less pricing. They need to update immediately.

The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening.
It's ok for a short trip like 3-4 days but I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay.

Overall great stay. Clean rooms, our felt a bit "dated". Amazing breakfasts! Great swimming pools.

It is a nice place, but sad that the tourism is on such a low level. Rooms in the hotel are so old, nothing is done..it smells on old ..about the hygiene i won't talk it is disgusting...the food was perfekt, and also the aquapark was super

One day stay!
Pricey in comparison with 3* standard elsewhere.
No kettle, no fridge in the room, room quite small.
Basic bar, old fashioned chill facilities, not much for kids.
Positive: good buffet food, nice pool facilities.

To be honest I didn't really enjoy this hotel. The check in was quick. We were given a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. There was no hot water in the room all two days of our trip, also no fridge, kettle or slippers. Hearing from the rooms next to us is strong. We went down to the reception of the pool where we borrowed two bathrobes (for which at checkout had to pay 60 Polish zlotys, it is not written on the site) we were given two old towels (not white and gray). I didn’t want to even touch these towels, much less wipe with them. The water park is good, but children under 18 years old can’t enter the saunas, this is also a minus. The only thing I liked was the delicious breakfast. The staff is friendly.

Beautiful weather, mountains, delicious food - this is how holidays should be spent! The rooms are ok, modestly decorated but well-kept, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The water park turned out to be a nice surprise, I recommend the sauna and jacuzzi after long mountain walks. Food - delicious and tastes like home! Very large selection! We will definitely come back.

This is my 3rd visit now, this time for Easter! Very good food and facilities as always. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, food is excellent and plenty of choice. Have used the aqua park multiple times during my stay, nice to go to sauna and jacuzzi after a long hike. Friendly staff.
