Fabulous location. On-site underground parking is convenient. Very friendly bell and front desk staff. Lovely, well appointed rooms. Delicious breakfast, including healthy options. This was our second stay and this time we came with four friends from the United States. Highly recommend. We'll be back!

Really beautiful, modern hotel. Great location on Ostrów Tumski provides easy access to the old Town and city center. Room was very clean, fresh and sunny. The only problem I had was no air conditioning for the last two days of my stay at the hotel. It was not comfortable for me to sleep in a room during the summer without air conditioning.!!!! Nat sure about staying hete in the future.

I had a great 2 week stay. The hotel was very nice. And the handicapped room I was in made my stay comfortable. The staff were great. In fact, when I lost a bolt off my wheelchair, the maintenance team was able to put a new one on for me. The hotel looks better than the amazing pictures. Everything was high-spec, and there was even a sound system in the bathroom. Brilliant stay, excellent service - a special shout out to the amazing Maja.

We loved our stay. It was walking distance to everything. There’s restaurants and bars in the same building. Mall and grocery store across the street. Old town was 8-10min walk. Very spacious room and great breakfast. Super friendly.

A fantastic hotel, great staff, lovely rooms, cool lobby / bar area. Ideally situated near the centre of Wroclaw with easy access to the main square. The hotel is located in a building offering numerous restaurants and entertainment spaces. Would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel located in a very convenient location within the Wroclaw city limits. Less than a ten minute walk to the city center where there is plenty to see and do (I recommend searching for the over 350 'Gnomes of Wroclaw'). The rooms are neat and clean. One tip: if you have a high room number (in the high 100's or 200's) you will have a very long walk from the elevator to your room.

I had a brief but pleasant visit to Radisson Blu in Wrocław. The receptionist was friendly and made great eye contact, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The environment inside felt warm and inviting. I also had the chance to check out the restaurant, which was clean, and the staff were smiling and approachable. Even in a short time, I could feel the positive vibe of the place!

Rooms are average for a 5 star hotel. Showers are not good if you are tall. Breakfast was average at best for a 5 star hotel. Staff was not equipped for groups coming in and it took hours to get bags to room with only one employee doing it. Breakfast area outside is outstanding and a joy to eat at. Stayed here for two nights, rooms were nice and clean. However, staff were not as friendly as I expected. Breakfast was ok but not impressive. Very limited items compared to other 5 star hotels that I have experienced. They offered a room upgrade by accepting to subscribe our email and become a member, which was a good gesture. In general, it was a good experience.

If you are used to staying in a 5 star hotel, look somewhere else. It's not a bad place, but it's far from being a 5*… For example, the rooms have seen better days, and if you want to have a coffee in the morning, you have to wait until 1:00 p.m. to find the bar open. Had a lovely stay. We are members and so got out on the members floor and I haven’t slept so well in any hotel before. Calm and quiet also comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

We had a great stay for one night in Hotel Monopol in one of the huge Deluxe Double rooms. We really enjoyed the Spa area. We came late in the evening, and haven’t booked in advance. Lady at reception kindly showed us several room options, she was very patient and helpful. Rooms were available in different budget, and we choose a double room “Chardonnay” with king size bad and sofa for our daughter. We slept well, but air conditioning was a bit freezing.
