One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Just in the heart of Wroclaw by the river next to famous party island. Stayed there for 5 nights for business. Check-in was smooth with a welcome drink in the Bar

Rooms are quite okay in size, clean and my view was just fantastic ! The Jazz Night I came across in the garden was a cherry on the Cake ! I made the reservation through famous online hotel reservation chain and put forward the same comments there, surprisingly not published ! Thanks Park Plaza, enjoy your stay dear guests

One could tell that the team managing the hotel is top notch

Garden bar is nice peaceful and open until late

Rooms are a bit dated and yellow I gave a 4 because of the view. If you stay on the city side I would give it a 3. Staff are friendly and attentive. Beautiful Park nearby!

Top location, clean, efficient Service. Not very "romantic" and the elavator could get a make over, but everything you need on a citytrip.

5-star hotel. There is a swimming pool, gym. Perfect cleanliness in the rooms.

It was walking distance to everything. There’s restaurants and bars in the same building. Mall and grocery store across the street. Very spacious room and great breakfast

The food was remarkable, even a simple dish like a club sandwich. Great views from my room both times I've stayed. Windows that open slightly - as to give a fresh feel to the room - not always having to rely on AC

Great hotel in the heart of Wroclaw , very good service , nice rooms and clean , Breakfast is above all praise , the only thing that was a downside surprise is the view from the room , but the offices inside the building , photo attached , but more clearly , as well for hotel guests, free sauna ,Hamam and Jacuzzi

Rooms were clean and refreshed daily. The wifi is a bit slow, but never encroached on my work at all. I highly recommend Sofitel to any business traveler or tourist!

Amazing location right in the Old City of Wroclaw, adjacent to the city (or market) square. All staff members were professional, courteous and spoke fluent English

I think this hotel has good balance of price vs quality. Room was very good: recently renovated, very comfortable, good bed, blackout curtains etc. Everything we expected from 4 starts hotel was at top level

During my very first arrival in Wroclaw and in Poland actually, I stayed in this wonderful hotel in April 2022 for about 2 weeks. Rooms are small sized but functional and the beds were comfortable

Perfectly located with lots of trams right outside the door. Good soundproofing of the windows. Comfortable beds and everything clean! Extensive breakfast buffet! The only downside is there is no maple syrup ;)

Stayed here a few times and each time it gets better and better. Slept well which means a great mattress. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had including DIY juice inc beetroot and rhubarb

They have amazing, wide range of breakfast selection but my favorite is their juicer for healthier option. Most important of all, the Q hotel staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly

Nice bathroom, but why the walk in shower is on a platform, not sunk even minimal, when half of the water goes on the floor even when you are sticked on the wall to shower carefully? Toilet paper holder broken, issue of half of hotels I've been to, but often small countryside hotels

It is a great place to stay as a family with kids. Lobby is kid friendly and the search game/task our kids got upon arrival was a great idea. Breakfasts absolutely amazing and delicious! So many options to choose from

I stayed at Novotel Wroclaw Centrum for a weekend on a last-minute booking, and I must say the room offered great value for money. We were given a disabled-access room, which was surprisingly spacious and comfortable

Hotel has a good position close to the center, nearby tram station, few minutes of walk from aquapark. No problem to find a parking place. The staff was amazing, extremely nice, kid friendly

What are the small semi-disadvantages: -breakfast is not included (this is a disadvantage for business travelers, but it can be an advantage for those who live on their own); - the windows overlook the tram tracks - in the morning you can't sleep very well

Located near the historic part of the city, you can walk on foot. Also nearby there are shopping center and other shops. There is car Parking, it is paid separately

In many ways (cleanliness, location, room, fridge and kettle) the hotel is just perfect for your ***

On-street parking is limited but there is secure parking just across the road. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be looking to stay in this again if I return to Wroclaw for business or pleasure!

All the staff members went out of their way to help with any issues, including parking the car! Their willingness to help with a smile definitely stole the show for me

I find this hotel has a really good value for money, offering luxury at prices which would be standard for a 3-star hotel, when exchange rate taken into account

Location-wise, the Monopol is a stone's throw away from the historical market square, and within walking distance of a lot of attractions and amenities

The view from the roof top terrace is excellent and we will be back in summer to also enjoy a drink up there

Very good hotel, right across the train station and with multiple tram and bus stops across the road, gives you very easy and fast access to public transport that will take you to the city center and other attractions within minutes, the room had a a very good airconditioning left it on while it was over 30 degrees outside and it was nice and cold during the day and night compared to outside, nice...

Receptionist is an angel, wife wanted different room, sure no problem, late check out, sure no problem. Very accommodating due to low occupancy week days. Street side rooms have traffic noise

Overall highly recommend as it was very cheap compared to other places and its really worth it

Good location within walking distance of the railway/bus station. The hotel was renovated in 2014. It's a bit old-fashioned but clean. Breakfast are a bit poor for the price of 30 PLN. Missing coffee, lack of fruits.

It was not the first time I was there. The smaller Novotel’s, two floors and therefore not too crowded. Sufficient parking with a lot of places. A few minutes walk to the tram and in the Wrocław center in 25 minutes

We explained we were just talking and the noise of from downstairs but security was adamant that it was noise from our talking. After 45min finally the noise stopped. Assuming security finally realised it wasn’t us

In general hotel stay was good. My only concern was noise coming through vents from room from floor beneath, they had a party at night and in addition we were told off by security to keep the noise down

Nice hotel, I've been there a few times (business), nice rooms, good breakfast, beer at the bar is little more expensive then I'd expect from a hotel in this location - this is only downside, hotel is far from downtown, fortunately Uber is quite cheap in Wroclaw, so you can get anywhere pretty fast and easy

The location for meeting, congress is very good. The fitness, welness posibbilities are missing. In the room you will have everything what us needed, but the bed is too soft and uncomfortable in my opinion

I feel disappointed by a few things that I really wanted (tub, tv channels, updated room). Does have AC, so that is a plus and the area is quiet so I am looking forward to some sleep

Hotel is in a nice convenient center location. Star rating wise, this should not be four star hotel, rather an average three star one. Rooms are small but generally clean.

Room is a little dingy, could easily use an update and the tub might fit half of a normal sized person. Not sure what design was in mind when they contracted this tub

The channels are in polish and there is no way to subtitle them in English. I'm pretty annoyed since my plan was to relax and watch a little TV

Well it's definitely not 4 stars, more like average 3 stars. In summer ask for room with opening windows, as this in not the case in all rooms

Staff were wonderful and rooms very clean. One of my main reasons for booking this hotel though was the advertised pool which I hoped to enjoy after work. This was not to be as its a baby training pool in the evenings

We chose the property because it had a swimming pool, it was a nice to have for a quick evening dip but not for swimming - it wasn’t big and opening hours are limited to mornings and evenings

Very basic hotel swimming pool is not what seems availability very reduced shared with a swimming school ! 24 hour bar is a bonus

Very satisfied. The front desk service is very good, with a bunch of beauties. The room is very quiet. There is a KFC in front of the hotel. Remember to bring your own slippers and toothbrush.

A friendly place with very caring service and a few stops from the centre. Great independent beer and coffee place close by and a classic Polish restaurant near the bridge.

Stayed at the Jasek Hotel for just one night, really a pleasant experience! Hotel located close to the Highway and town but despite this, it is very quite. Room was nice, quite big and the bed comfy

The hotel is good for budget travels. Staff were nice and accommodating. This hotel is very near tram stops and bus stops. The breakfast voucher is worth it they have a great selection of breakfast items

An ancient and old-style hotel. History is reflected in every step. No shoes, no toothbrush and toothpaste. It is difficult to charge the phone in the room.

Great location, 8 minutes to the train station and 16 minutes to the rynek, just perfect. Rooms are good, lack of air conditioning would be problematic.

It's just always a great stay and a very good price for what you get. The bar we only tried once and it was very good food altho we ordered kinda late and a banger self made lemonade

We come here every year, the service is good, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is great, the view is nice, the location makes it possible to reach most of the important places in minutes and this year because we brought our dog they even prepared a dog bed and a bowl so she can have water

Stayed for two nights on a business trip and not only was it a great location, but the state of the property was fantastic. Food was good and while not in the downtown area, it is an easy walking distance

The hotel is in a great location: being almost opposite the train station made it easy to do a day trip to Ksiaz Castle, it is 5 min walk from the bus stop for 106 bus to and from the airport

Less than 10 minutes walk from the bus station. The exterior has a historic feel. The rooms and corridors are also a bit old and dark. Perhaps because there is little traffic, it was quiet and I slept well

Lots of trams past but though I never needed to use a tram as it is so easy to walk everywhere in the old town. Suitable if you are planning the Christmas markets. I stayed 4 nights and would stay again

Bottled water is provided free of charge, and the Wi-Fi is fast, so it was comfortable to stay in the room. I requested a quiet room, so I didn't hear a single sound and it was comfortable

For breakfast, I used the station's cafe, fast food, and convenience store. There was also a shopping mall on the other side of the station, and there were many shops, which was fun

It is a hotel in a building built in the 19th century do has character. It was comfortable to stay in and I slept well. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I never had it

Breakfast was "old school" Polish, which to me is a good thing - more traditional things like ogorki and less stuff you see anywhere else in the world! I think there are better value places to stay, but I had no complaints and it was in the area of the city I wanted to be so all was good

Sport areal - swimming pool, tennis, football etc. Hotel is quiet, enough comfortable. Good breakfast with detox drinks

We had a 50th birthday party for my wife last Friday night in the hotel. It was so relaxed and the team made everything perfect. Great food and drink. Greta value too. A hidden gem in the city.
