This place was frustrating and I’d love to come in and train the staff properly in customer service. For a four star hotel it needs a look at. Firstly the man at reception was really miserable as we checked in. There was no ramp so everyone has only their suitcases up the steps just to get in the place. Then the reception is so high you can’t tell if anyone is there until you get to the desk through...

its a very traditional town with a lot of nice stuff also the hotels is good

Great place to stay, in the city centre of Elblag. Everything was great including breakfast. Just be aware, close the door in your room, otherwise an alarm will come on. Parking entrance is quite wide and it’s easy to park, for a city centre at least.

Everything was quite nice, the SPA complex was cool. There was an unusual smell in the room throughout our stay, but it didn't spoil our vacation. The room was nice and cozy.

Bad Facilities of a Hotel Below are my experiences with this hotel 1- There was no refrigerator in the room. 2- There were no cooling appliances at the room. 3- Bad quality of drinking water in the water falter machine 4- Parking was not free 5- Swimming pool was small and crowded as others from outside of the hotel allowed to swim. 6- Very bad ventilation, due to high humidity rooms always had...

First of all as a guest you have 100 minutes to spend in basen, which is small but nice and adjusted for kids. The room was clean and nice, no any noise at night time, the breakfast was good!

Great location and friendly staff. We took the cheapest room, very tiny, but have you seen rooms in France?) Although batteries in bathroom are not working so we were not able to dry our clothes after swimming pool. But overall experience is good. It’s visible that the owner trying the best to run this place. We appreciate that :)
