Focus Hotel Premium Elbląg in Elblag

This place was frustrating and I’d love to come in and train the staff properly in customer service. For a four star hotel it needs a look at. Firstly the man at reception was really miserable as we checked in. There was no ramp so everyone has only their suitcases up the steps just to get in the place. Then the reception is so high you can’t tell if anyone is there until you get to the desk through this large hall. They told us breakfast hours and the lift helpfully says that breakfast is on the first floor, which it wasn’t. It was in the restaurant on grounds floor. Breakfast itself was a buffet with machines and produce in plentiful supply. No problem except the juice which was machine sweet juice , absolutely disgusting. Everyone we spoke to said the same. Nice touch with a free takeaway roll for later on. Room was fine. Nothing special but it was absolutely fine except three things. Earl grey instead of black tea, loud people at all hours shouting in the street and no ear plugs provided and a bath so high you needed to be an Olympic high jumper to get in. Bee was good , square pillows not good
