I always use this hotel when I am travelling with my family. It's clean, they have family rooms-that's a huge advantage. Nice breakfast, not a lot of dishes but it was really tasty and fresh. Good service and I love Fiat 126p in lobby :)

A clean double room, comfortable beds, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, new fittings, a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, and each room has an exit to a balcony, the cheapest stay in the area. A fully equipped kitchenette which is unique. You can make a drink, prepare a meal and eat on the spot without any problems

We spent the weekend at the resort with an organized group. We needed a place for an integration workshop. We were wonderfully taken care of. Ladies from Ondraszek very helpful. Food was very good. Everything is great for this price. I recommend it for organized groups. There is a place for a bonfire, gazebo and training rooms. We cordially greet the choir from Pszczyna :)

We visited the hotel for 2 nights and I was very very satisfied. Top notch food, great wellness facilities including saunas, swimming pool and hot tubs. There are many beautiful nature walks nearby or a half-hour drive to the town of Ústroň. I have nothing to complain about.

Just came back from our summer family holiday. I think I have never been to such amazing hotel. Standard room was spacious and clean - king size bed with comfortable mattres, couch,tv, fast internet, balcony, bathroom with shower. I like hotel's staff. They were allways in a good mood and very kind to us. Dinners and food in general were delicious: allways wide range of dishes, side dishes, vegetables...

Weird to not have a gym in a 5 star

Tiny little rooms, cold but clean. Food good, service very nice. The downside is the spa area with jacuzzi and sauna, the water was unfortunately not clean, the smell was repulsive, the sauna was dirty, and you have to pay extra for each moment spent there. The big minus in the rooms is picked up only by TVP🙈 !!! The cafe is closed for 2 days of our stay

The hotel is not very inviting from the outside, but inside it is clean, we will take care, cozy. Rooms modest, small, clean, very comfortable beds. Breakfasts a very large selection of dishes and very tasty. The staff is smiling, kind and helpful. The cafe inside serves delicious drinks 😉. I had an amazing stay in Gwarek! The hotel is comfortable and has a great location. The food is good, the rooms are very clean, the hotel staff are very polite and friendly! I also had an amazing time in the Grota (salt spa), in the jacuzzi and in the sauna! I recommend staying in Gwarek!

Older building on the outskirts of the city, well-kept rooms with TV and bathroom. The resort, although high between the mountains, provides a very nice view. I was here on ace trip and it is a very good place as a place for school trips. Starting from disco rooms, ending with a conference room very richly equipped with microphones, projector, etc., to large and exclusive lobbies.

The best place to relax in Ustroń. If someone counts on luxury, they will not find it here, but there are other advantages of this place. Rooms ok, very friendly service and great breakfasts. Could do with further improvements or add ons for rooms, no fridge or AC in rooms which is quite tiring during a warm season. Not enough designated smoking areas, balconies only open and close from inside. A lot of older people. Place ideal for seniors 60+, it offers a care package as a part of the price, massages and therapies.

Only for families with kids. Food choice for kids is ok. For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Prices are totally crazy. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that. To cap it all there’s a 15 minute q to order a drink and then another wait of maybe 10 mins to collect it at the bar....

We have checked for 2 days in November 2024 at Crystal Moutain hotel in Wisla. Unfortunatelly there were slight issues at the beggining of our stay which have made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Nothing serious but still annoying. Evening upon check in we had decide to complain to reception. I spent a week on hotel with two small kids. It was great time. We enjoyed food very much as well as kids indoor playground and pool. I will recommend that hotel to anyone who want to have quality time. Stunning views and great high quality rooms .

Hotel is nice, great area for kids. We have been there with our little one and he enjoy it. Food was medium (not great, not terrible). Room was ok, but TV should be at least connected to the Internet, if this is 5star hotel (no youtube, no netflix). Location is in woods with great view, but is little bit out from everything (1,5 km into the steep hill makes for walking difficult)

It’s a lot more Blackpool-like than we would normally choose, but we didn’t have a choice as it was booked by the company that’s paying for our stay, so we have no right to complain!. The greatest in this hotel is food and The Cook with kitchen staff. They accept nutrition challenges and prepare the food so everyone is satisfied.
