Tourist Hotel in Doha

Really bad Hotel. Please go out. At the beginning, it was agree for pick up at airport. Hotel confirmed, but no one came and informed me. Second, I found 2 cockroachs on the bathroom. I informed the receptionist regarding these 2 issues, but I seems not really concerned and impacted. They refused to give me discount and commercial gifts too. Better to go to another hotel. I will not come back any more. I never had such kind of issue even if in Africa or Asia..

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in in the entire world. I booked two rooms together and they gave us two separate rooms on different floors. I requested adjacent rooms but the Egyptian guy at the check-in desk was very rude and said we cannot accommodate all your requests. I've never seen such a lack of professionalism among hotel staff.

THERE IS NO PARKING FOR THE HOTEL. You are lucky to find a spot among the street parking which can accommodate maximum of 10 cars at best.

The rooms were below average with only minimal basic amenities. Iron and hair dryers were an alien concept to them.

EVEN THE LOCK TO THE DOOR WAS NOT FUNCTIONING AND I WAS GIVEN A MANUAL OLD-STYLE KEY TO USE!!!!!

I specifically asked the check-in desk for room service around 1pm while going out and he wrote down the room numbers as a reminder. I hung the card on the doors as well but when I returned around midnight, the room was still a mess. Even the towels were not changed. I called for toiletries and towels and they were provided to us at 2AM. That too by the security guard as no one else was available at that moment.

I asked for the manager for a formal complaint but, surprise surprise, he is not in the hotel. He doesn't have a fixed time and sometimes doesn't even come. No one knows if he's coming to work or not. Pathetic.

Seriously stay away from this hotel.
