A decent hotel with good services. Fair choice of food for buffet breakfast.

The reservation process was quick although I experienced an issue with the key cards not working initially, the staff promptly replaced them and resolved the matter. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the pool and the city. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel is too far from the airport and too much traffic certain times of day. If you on a tight schedule pick a hotel closer. The shuttle services offer only on the hour every hour and takes around 25 minutes if no traffic longer if traffic to get to airport from hotel. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. The hotel was great with excellent service. I was there for 2 nights. The request was to have 2 separate beds but I received 1 queen bed… Amenities were good. But the food were mostly indian choices for the dinner buffet. Needs to improve the buffet choices for the offered free breakfast and dinner.

Hotel location is convenient . Concierge and reception staff are helpful. I was offered early check- in which was really appreciated.

Nice hotel, great location and ideal for business travellers

Very close to the airport, with a shuttle service that takes only 15 minutes. The transportation is convenient, the hotel rooms are clean, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. Great value for money.

Big room with a bit old style, but ok. Unfortunately was the hotel restaurant and bar closed. The hotel has a private beach which is nice. The area is ok, city centre mall is in footwalk distance.

I had a wonderful stay. They upgraded reservation when I arrived. The room was spacious and clean. The staffs are very kind and friendly. The price was very good. I didn’t like the spa. I highly recommend this hotel for families and individuals.

Hotel is good clean and big rooms… Bad points the glass of windows is extremly dirty from outside, u can not see though almost…when I asked they said they can’t clean becoz they can be open lol, 5 stars hotel needs to be cleaned twice per month I think.. A good hotel but lots of room for improvement especially the room services and the amenities (TV in the room was very basic with very limited channels and not a smart TV). The location is very good opposite the gate mall where you can dine and shop.

The hotel was clean, but some of the staff need to improve their customer service. The hotel's location is in a very crowded, busy, and disorganized area. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility for a late check-out, even though my check-in was late.

Stayed at Elementary Hotel and really loved it. The location is right in the city center, so it's easy to get anywhere. The staff are extremely kind and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and even include a kitchen, which makes the stay very comfortable. A convenient and pleasant place for any traveler - everything you need is nearby.

The team was exceptionally helpful and courteous, and as a Bonvoy member, I received a complimentary room upgrade with the best view. However, the room had a strong cigarette odor, which, as a non-smoker, caused me a headache. While the room and amenities were otherwise satisfactory, the overly soft bed and pillows regrettably resulted in a back sprain.
