I stayed here for a few days while changing apartments and the staff understandably assumed I was only here for a short stopover. I left an item of clothing behind and whether they threw it away or it was stolen by staff, I do not know, but they were so unprofessional and unhelpful when I rang to ask them about it. It was definitely left in that hotel yet they were insisting they had no record of it...

Had a wonderful experience at Radisson Blu. The rooms were clean and comfy, staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Great location and excellent amenities like the pool and gym. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays

Front desk staff is amazing on all given duty timings while the Housekeeping was bad on service. They don’t turned up despite confirming to clean the room. Moreover, a housekeeper tried to enter the room without any bell with another guest with master key while I was inside the room. Perhaps unknowingly, yet, this should have been highly avoided keeping the privacy of the guest.

Nice hotel. Got upgraded to one bed room apartment which is huge. Free airport pickup and transfer!

The room was nice and clean. It is located in the center of Doha, only 3-5 minutes away from the subway station. The breakfast was very rich, and my favorite was the freshly squeezed juice in the hotel.

Service at nearly every service point from security to front desk was incredibly unhurried even when there was no one in line. Also waited 1.5 hours at 5am for housekeeping to install and reinstall again (because the first install covered only 70% the window) blackout curtains that were at every other window panel except the one right next to the bed. Light still ended up shining directly on my face...

I had full board during off season. Not many guests, maybe that's why buffets offered limited selection.

We used the hotel for our layover in Doha. It is very close to the airport. About 10 minute taxi ride. If you want to catch the freee shuttle bus to the airport, make sure you get there 10 minutes early. Our bus was completely packed and some people didn’t get on. Good and clean hotel

Beautiful hotel and good stay overall. I really liked staying at Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. One thing though: I was charged extra for checking in early (I arrived at 6am) but since I checked out the same evening at 9:30pm, I feel they could have been more flexible with the early check-in fee. Everything is good, except that parents are not allowed to use SLR cameras to take pictures of their children. This was not mentioned when booking the hotel, and the hot spring area is also very rigid in its restrictions on children.

The hotel is in the center of Doha, surrounded by large shopping malls and supermarkets. However, the directions on the navigation page are all to the Marriott Hotel next door.

The room is clean and tidy, the hotel electrical socket is easy to use, no conversion head is required, the hotel breakfast is rich and suitable for multi-national tastes, the hotel waiter's attitude is very OK, I will patronize it again next time!

Overall, a good experience. The hotel is well-situated and the lobby area is impressive. Rooms are comfortable but a bit dated. There was some noise from the hallway, and the Wi-Fi was spotty at times. Breakfast was satisfying and staff were attentive. I booked this for my daughter and husband first wedding anniversary. They said it was amazing the club lounge everything for everyone from morning till night. The room filled with balloons and fresh rose petals in a heart shape on the bed and to top it off a wedding anniversary cake. It’s a perfect stay for the Qatar Asian Junior Tournament! It’s only 8 mins from the amazing venue and a bus running in between the venue and the hotel. The rooms was well equipped and the hotel is very close to the City Centre mall for goods and food. The hotel offers free beach access card too

Very nice and courteous staff. They always offered alternatives for my needs, whether it was the bellmen, the concierge and the front desk. Tall female concierge booked us a nice sand tour. The gentlemen in the concierge and front desk were attentive too. And the front desk asian looking (supervisor i think) was nice as well. Location is great, 3 blocks aways from the mall and metro station.

Enjoyed my 4 night stay at the Marsa Malaz Kempinski! The resort hotel has a very nice swimming pool area and also a private beach. The restaurants are all good quality, and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

I was advised to book Kempinski based on my friends recommendation due to location and amenities with this hotel. Service was 10/10, exceptional from the minute we walked in right up until the end. There were a few blips but it can be overlooked with how much care the staff had. The security guards behind public house restaurant on the beach were lovely cheerful guys who are a credit to Kempinski....
