A decent hotel with good services. Fair choice of food for buffet breakfast.

The reservation process was quick although I experienced an issue with the key cards not working initially, the staff promptly replaced them and resolved the matter. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the pool and the city. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel is too far from the airport and too much traffic certain times of day. If you on a tight schedule pick a hotel closer. The hotel was great with excellent service. I was there for 2 nights. The request was to have 2 separate beds but I received 1 queen bed… Amenities were good. Hotel location is convenient . Concierge and reception staff are helpful. I was offered early check- in which was really appreciated.

Very close to the airport, with a shuttle service that takes only 15 minutes. The transportation is convenient, the hotel rooms are clean, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. Great value for money.

The hotel was clean, but some of the staff need to improve their customer service. The hotel's location is in a very crowded, busy, and disorganized area. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility for a late check-out, even though my check-in was late.

Big room with a bit old style, but ok. Unfortunately was the hotel restaurant and bar closed. The hotel has a private beach which is nice. The area is ok, city centre mall is in footwalk distance.

I had a wonderful stay. They upgraded reservation when I arrived. The room was spacious and clean. The staffs are very kind and friendly. The price was very good. I didn’t like the spa. I highly recommend this hotel for families and individuals.

A good hotel but lots of room for improvement especially the room services and the amenities (TV in the room was very basic with very limited channels and not a smart TV). The location is very good opposite the gate mall where you can dine and shop.

ok Crowne Plaza but unfortunately 4*. Difficult to check in upon arrival but worked in the business lounge for an hour so it was acceptable. Quite a crowd in the lobby at check in as well. Very convenient location , it’s located within the place vendome mall which makes it perfect location for shopping and cafes explorations. The hotel front desk is very kind and corporate and they also serve really good Arabic coffee which makes the experience authentic.
