The staff couldn’t have been nicer for our stay here for my sisters hen. Location is perfect and food is gorgeous, the bus is also right outside the door to go into the city. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff. Excellent service and the hotel was very warm and cosy. The bed was extremely comfortable and great quality duvet. Check out at 12 was also fantastic.

Our stay was fantastic even during these difficult times, the staff at Talbot were very lovely and kind to us all. We were a group of 26 who go there every Christmas and July and like a big family we love it. The food is fantastic, the staff are fantastic and everyone had a great time. I highly recommend this hotel. My sister held her wedding here. The food was amazing. The staff is very attentive and friendly, especially Jake who was our bartender for the night. Well done to all of you.

Last week we stayed at Talbot. We had a great few days. Spacious and well-kept bedroom. All the staff from the reception to the bar staff and managers we are pleasant and helpful. The food is great. I couldn't fault the hotel. I'll definitely be back. Julie and Martin

I visited Seven Oaks for 2 days and was very happy to be there. The staff were lovely and friendly from the moment you walked through the door to book your room. Breakfast was great and filling. I would love to come back again.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. The staff are great and make it one of the more welcoming 5 star hotels in Ireland. Unfortunately the relaxation room when we visited was more reminiscent of a bar with all the loud chatter and phone use, but the spa area itself is wonderful.

Stayed there two times so far - wedding and family trip. It was absolutely great on both occasions. Family friendly hotel with loads of entertainment. Spa, swimming pool, jacuzzi, park with animals and kids adventures, indoor playrooms, delicious food and atmosphere, very friendly staff. Definitely going back there again!

love Kilkenny, and love staying in the Kilford Arms, the staff are so helpful and friendly, the food especially the steak is excellent. the rooms are comfortable never had any problems with them, they are always clean and well maintained. Kilford Arms Hotel is very nice with different bars and eating areas. Staff very friendly especially breakfast area and bar. We had a beatiful meal food very nice. The hotel is very central. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definately return.

We stayed one night at the Kilford arms in early June. We had a GREAT experience. The room was sort of small, but it didn't matter at all since we weren't' in our room except to sleep and shower. Stayed for one nite recently. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Decor a bit dated. Storage doors on landing left open even when housekeeping staff were finished bedroom door to no 9 scratched and mattress needs replacing

We stayed two nights for a wedding which was celebrated in the hotel. Is was so professional and staff so friendly and helpful they couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Looking forward to a return visit soon.

The food was really good and the price wasn't terrible. I wasn't impressed with the pricing of the drinks and I didn't think they should have a separate menu for the different dining areas. Beautiful location over looking the river and Kilkenny castle. Staff at reception very amicable and informative. One night with breakfast on a Tuesday for €69. Not too bad. Lovely staff and comfortable accommodations. We road out ex-hurricane Ophelia there, and while every other place in town was closed, the entire hotel was ceaselessly trying to make sure their guests were happy and satisfied. Stellar!

I can't write enough good things about this hotel. In this medieval city this hotel provides all the luxuries of the modern world. The hotel is very well located in the city center, 25 minutes from the train station. The staff is really nice. They helped us a lot to get an accessible room.

It was a lovely room very big. You must put the tag on the door handle if you want your room cleaned daily. I wasn’t aware of that information so my room wasn’t cleaned.
