Great welcome, hotel was full of happy atmosphere. (Halloween time!!) Busy pub and the food was really tasty.

The staff were friendly, they had a pool steam room and sauna which was great and included, no extra cost

Comfortable stay great pool Good location good breakfast no decaf tea or coffee bathroom furniture old and worn no hand soap or shower gel in dispensers great swimming pool however showers smell and of mould and drains better not to use them steam room good in general staff friendly and helpful

Nice and quiet, quite a long walk to town but there is a bus. Pub has decent food. Breakfast is a ripoff.

The hotel itself is quite a historic building and I do like the atmosphere. The bathroom was modern and shower very good. However, no toilet roll holder and soap/shampoo dispensers not working. Nice enough place, fairly basic, great pub in the lobby. Very close to the town centre.

Central hotel. The hotel is very central to the town but lacking atmosphere. The executive room was very basic and bland so not worth the extra money you pay for it. The room was also very stuffy but if you opened the window you had to put up with the noise of the buses outside at the bus stop for most of the night.
