The place is clean and well maintained. The staff is polite. It is not far from the railway station. The doors inside are old Soviet. Huge audibility. There is a cool park behind the hotel. You can see him in the evening.
Nice staff. The rooms are clean, cleaned. Every time a new shampoo, gel and soap. The floors are washed every day. The food (tomorrow, lunch and dinner) is excellent. You choose whatever you want for the amount of 200 rubles. I was healthy and hoped to be happy))) I recommend this hotel to everyone. City center, close to grocery stores and bristol. Walk to the embankment for about 30 minutes.
Not a bad hotel, the rooms are nice, not broken, but few sockets, you have to choose between a kettle and a refrigerator, for example. The system of food stamps is not yet convenient, 200 rubles are allocated for all meals, this is a lot for breakfast, but not enough for lunch.
Conveniently located, close to infrastructure - shop, ATM. There is a spacious courtyard inside the building, parking. Rooms are small, but quite comfortable, new furniture. There is a cafe-dining room, breakfast is included. The price of such a room is higher than "economical", but acceptable.

Good hotel. The rooms are clean, not tiny. Everything in the room works fine. A restaurant with pleasant prices, the food is delicious (although the menu is not very diverse), the staff is polite.
Not a bad hotel, everything is clean and tidy. But there are drawbacks - seagulls who shout constantly the window cannot be opened, lack of air conditioning and poor breakfast. Only instant coffee for breakfast.
At the reception we were told that this is the best hotel in Kotlas. Perhaps it is. I was looking for a hotel with breakfast, this hotel was the only one in the city. It draws a solid three stars. Inside it is cozy, almost in a modern way. The service is polite and friendly. Single rooms are dismantled quickly at the hotel, during the day, so it is better to book no earlier than a day before entry
