Waited 30 minutes for a pizza order. The service is disgusting, they argued that it takes a long time to cook pizza and that I am unreasonably indignant. They brought pizza and asked if plates were needed. Do you need plates? There is no salt or sugar on the table. No more desire to go here.

There is no soundproofing at all. I took a room on the 2nd floor. The conversations of all the neighbors, the working TV in the neighboring holes and all the movements along the corridor are audible, as if everything is happening in your room! The mattresses need to be changed, the springs are sticking out. There are no complaints about the service, the atmosphere. Purely. Cafe with delicious food on the ground floor

We really liked the hotel, everything is clean, rooms are thought out to the smallest detail, modern interior. The staff treated us with respect, responsiveness and a smile. The hotel has a cafe, wonderful chefs, delicious cuisine, the waiter Yuri is a professional in his field, a great guy, we wish there were more such people in our establishments. The hotel is clean and comfortable. For a family room paid 4800r. The room has 2 rooms, a large bed and a large TV in one room, and a single bed, a sofa under the skin, a table, a refrigerator in another room.
