Aside from the location and the hotel staff being nice and helpful, the other room facilities were basically not worth the price. They were about the same as a 500 RMB room in China. Charging nearly 4000 RMB, twice the price of Paris or New York, does a third-tier city in this dilapidated Soviet empire deserve this?

Great hotel. Sea water pool was nice. Good breakfast buffet. However It was disappointed to see that there is NO elevator to the pool. My grandma struggle a lot on the stairs there. Massage was good but not really relaxing because you can hear party upstair in the dining room. Also it was a little weird to pass nice dressed people from the dining room on my way to the swimming pool and back.
