Bel Hotel in Belorechensk

I pre-booked a room by phone, but when I arrived, my room had already been rented out to other people. Reception gave me another room near the elevator, which was noisy. The blanket and towels in the room were very hard. The restaurant was expensive, and the food wasn't all that tasty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. All they said was "sorry"?! Horrible!

We visited the pool on August 4th and were left with a terrible impression. Several surprises awaited us. First, they raised the prices, making it 1,000 rubles for an hour or a whole day. We paid and went in. The second surprise was that the water was freezing. My mother sat on a lounge chair for 1,000 rubles. The kids and I somehow got in, and 10 minutes later, our lips turned blue, we left. I called reception and asked, "Is the pool heated?" They cheerfully answered, "Yes." I asked, "But why is the water cold now?" Oh, it turns out the heating isn't working today, and they couldn't have told us that when we paid. We were upset and left. In the evening, I called and asked if they had fixed the heating. The staff there were practically rude: everyone was swimming, no one was complaining, etc. The next surprise: I asked if we could use the sauna if we arrived in the evening. "No, it turns out we can't," I told them in the morning, when we put on the bracelet, they promised we could use everything. To which they rudely replied, "Who told you that?" Basically, they ruined my mood for the whole day. The treatment was terrible, and the impression I was left with was, to put it mildly, bad. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
