Room for 4 with a separate entrance from the street. Noise isolation is not very good, given the single-chamber glass, and the nearby railway. Spa, swimming pool for this room with a passage down the street. Dining room, breakfast, for all with a walk down the street. Parking is not fenced, but with video surveillance.

The room is perfectly clean. Quiet. Recently renovated and very nice interior. Prices below the market, the quality of service is excellent! The bar serves good pizza. I recommend. Solid 5

It's great that such a place was opened in Nevinnomyssk. If the sea is not enough, you can relax here :) There is a cafe, 4 swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a hammam. The service staff are very polite and pleasant.
I don't know if the staff of the SPA hotel read the reviews, but I would like to advise you to add curtains on the doors in the changing rooms so that no one else can see people changing clothes

We recently rested with a young man on the summer playground 2 times.
Here's what they noted for themselves:
The hotel's website is poorly user-oriented; much was incomprehensible precisely because of the design itself. There is absolutely no information about the summer site, about what is necessary and what not to take with you. There is Instagram, this is, of course, +. But half of the really important questions are not answered there.
Why is it important?
We drove from the other end of the city, and through direct literally pulled out the information necessary for visiting, which should be freely available for everyone. Otherwise, you get the impression of devaluation of your customers.
There are no complaints about the first visit to the spa, everything was fine: warm water, good service on site, I didn't really want to leave)
On a second visit, we found a number of disadvantages for ourselves.
Videos with guests are posted on Instagram, but for some reason nowhere is it said about the weather on the territory: about the temperature outside, indoors, about the strength and temperature of the wind, water in EVERY pool (and not just the one with heating 32 ° WITH).
For example, on July 29 it was very warm outside, even hot, but it was windy on the territory, and all the pools, except the heated one, were cold. As we noticed, most people left early, and we froze and, most likely, caught a cold, although we wanted to rest and get wonderful emotions from the pastime again.

The first floor is an anthill, I forgot to rinse the mug in the morning with 1001 arachnids in it. Lived in two rooms entrance from the street. We arrived on a business trip and accommodated 6.7 and 9 people, one shower, toilet and refrigerator with a volume of 5 liters. There is only a canteen nearby, there are no large shops in the area, there is a general store where prices are 2 times higher. On May 9, I return from work at 22:00 and they made me happy with the relocation to another room, so that they would always celebrate this way. On the third day, a toothbrush with paste disappeared (I didn’t worry about this - I bought new ones), on the day of departure I didn’t have enough shoes (probably the ants rested) - it was the scribe who left in slippers. One pool and the smiles of the staff cannot fix such jambs, and even there not everything went smoothly - the light was cut out for two days, every five minutes. On the last day, the sauna was barely warmed up, I generally keep quiet about the hamam - people there were freezing. Enjoy your holiday!
