Here's what they noted for themselves:
The hotel's website is poorly user-oriented; much was incomprehensible precisely because of the design itself. There is absolutely no information about the summer site, about what is necessary and what not to take with you. There is Instagram, this is, of course, +. But half of the really important questions are not answered there.
Why is it important?
We drove from the other end of the city, and through direct literally pulled out the information necessary for visiting, which should be freely available for everyone. Otherwise, you get the impression of devaluation of your customers.
There are no complaints about the first visit to the spa, everything was fine: warm water, good service on site, I didn't really want to leave)
On a second visit, we found a number of disadvantages for ourselves.
Videos with guests are posted on Instagram, but for some reason nowhere is it said about the weather on the territory: about the temperature outside, indoors, about the strength and temperature of the wind, water in EVERY pool (and not just the one with heating 32 ° WITH).
For example, on July 29 it was very warm outside, even hot, but it was windy on the territory, and all the pools, except the heated one, were cold. As we noticed, most people left early, and we froze and, most likely, caught a cold, although we wanted to rest and get wonderful emotions from the pastime again.
