The best place to stay in the center. Prices are twice as expensive as renting an apartment, but the service is excellent and worth it: you can walk to the center, the room is super clean, there is a restaurant for breakfast (400 rubles) and lunch, and walking distance to Mount Mashuk and the drinking galleries.

Excellent hotel - daily cleaning, clean and pleasant rooms, polite staff. I see two problems: they cook food for a very long time (especially breakfasts), there is not enough staff on the street in the warm season - they don’t bring the menu for a long time, they don’t take an order for a long time, they prepare the order for a long time, then they carry the bill for a long time. But the food is very tasty.
And about the SPA: I think that it would be better to make a preliminary appointment by the hour, as they do in other hotels with a small SPA area.
Now there is no restriction, so from 8 to 12 everyone living in a fairly large hotel wants to go there. Result: 5-6 people in the pool are already like herrings in a barrel, and after the first time there was no desire to go there again, although they lived for a week.

Only positive emotions! I liked everything: the cleanliness and interior of the room, the girls at the reception who are wonderful in all respects, the cuisine in the restaurant (main menu and breakfast) is the best in Pyatigorsk! I had a body wrap and a relaxing massage with Nargiz, after which I sang in the room), which had not happened for a long time, and admired the skin of my face (I also had a massage). Nargis is magical!

Love this hotel. Geographically conveniently located, but the street is not busy, so it is quiet. The staff are friendly. Breakfast à la carte, quite hearty and tasty.

Double impression. On the one hand, the rooms are nice and everything is clean and tidy. But, breakfast, the wait for which lasts 40 minutes, is unacceptable. I ordered beer and toast in the restaurant. The beer was brought immediately, and the croutons when I already asked for the bill, and accordingly ate and drank everything.
