Good hotel in Serov. There are both regular LCD rooms and suites. Meals are provided for an additional fee. But there are 2 small downsides. 1. Thin walls - when guests are brought in by ladies with low social responsibility, everything is very well audible. 2. In cold weather, the heating return is cold on the left side of the building.
You can not say anything, clean and relatively comfortable, but the toilet bowl could have been screwed in, almost creased; in the room to lay the carpet - walking with bare feet on the tile to put it mildly uncomfortable. Of the minuses - no noise insulation, on the third floor in the room there is a feeling that you are in the back room of the bar, audibility is terrible, it is corrected only with...
Of the minuses is a broken lock in the bathroom and a loose door on the shower. Of the pluses - it's a nice room with a TV for two people for 1200 per day, a kitchen, you can use kitchen utensils. There is also a cafe and karaoke bar nearby. In general, if I go there again for work, I will stay at this place.
On a family trip, we only stop there. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. There is a kitchen with all necessary equipment and appliances. The price of the room is attractively affordable. On the ground floor there is a restaurant and a karaoke bar.

Comfort is more like a provincial hostel. In general, everything is fine. The price is acceptable. Comfortable enough. Internet leaves much to be desired. I recommend economy class. I live more than 2 weeks alone in a room. The staff is friendly. Recommended to travelers.
